Questi \"nodi\" limitano la gamma dei movimenti e, se trascurati, spesso portano a lesioni.  L'unico problema di queste tecniche \u00e8 che spesso inibiscono (spengono) i muscoli.  Quando un muscolo \u00e8 inibito, non pu\u00f2 contrarsi correttamente.  Anche questo pu\u00f2 portare a lesioni e a una diminuzione della forza e delle prestazioni. La soluzione \u00e8 eseguire un lavoro mio-fasciale e poi attivare i muscoli. Ci sono molti modi per farlo e spesso utilizzo diverse tecniche, tra cui le Tecniche di Attivazione Muscolare (MAT), la Kinesiologia Applicata, il Test dei Nutrienti o la Fase di Riscaldamento IGNITE.
