Una o due notti agitate sono state una vittima per tutti noi; tuttavia, sembra che la nostra societ\u00e0 ad alto stress stia creando una sorta di epidemia. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dovuto a un'alterazione della secrezione degli ormoni grelina e leptina. Entrambi questi ormoni svolgono un ruolo importante nel metabolismo, nella perdita di grasso e nel controllo dell'appetito. Senza questi ormoni sotto controllo, attenersi a un piano alimentare efficace \u00e8 molto difficile.<\/p>\n<p>Riportato anche in <em>Obesity Reviews,<\/em> Ricercatori danesi hanno esaminato 71 studi che hanno confrontato il sonno e il suo effetto sull'obesit\u00e0. I ricercatori hanno concluso che la breve durata del sonno \u00e8 legata all'obesit\u00e0 nei bambini e nei giovani adulti.<\/p>\n<p>Nella mia esperienza di lavoro con migliaia di persone negli ultimi 15 anni, ho potuto constatare un chiaro collegamento tra il dormire adeguatamente e il raggiungimento di un corpo snello e atletico di cui andare fieri.<\/p>\n<p>Molte volte la radice del problema ha pi\u00f9 a che fare con il ripristino della salute che con il raggiungimento di un cambiamento estetico. Ho scoperto che quando un cliente non riesce a dormire, di solito c'\u00e8 una qualche condizione di salute di fondo che deve essere esaminata. Consiglio di sottoporsi a una visita medica e di lavorare con un medico esperto in medicina funzionale o integrativa. Andare da un medico che vi prescriver\u00e0 un sonnifero significa semplicemente mettere un cerotto sporco su una ferita gi\u00e0 infetta.
