Una lezione che mio padre mi insegn\u00f2 fu la differenza tra tattica e strategia. \"Una tattica\", spiegava, \"\u00e8 ci\u00f2 che si fa. \u00c8 l'obiettivo. Una strategia \u00e8 il modo in cui si raggiunge la tattica o l'obiettivo. \u00c8 il piano. Dovreste sempre avere pi\u00f9 di una strategia per raggiungere la vostra tattica, nel caso in cui qualcosa non vada per il verso giusto. Pianificate sempre in anticipo\".<\/p>\n<p>Questo \u00e8 importante da sapere perch\u00e9 la maggior parte, se non tutti, i programmi di fitness e i libri sulle diete parlano della singola TATTICA ma non spiegano come realizzarla nel mondo reale (la strategia).<\/p>\n<p>Un libro di dieta dice: \"Mangiate pochi carboidrati!\"... ma come? ....Quali sono gli alimenti a basso contenuto di carboidrati?<\/p>\n<p>Un altro libro dice: \"Allenati intensamente\"... quanto peso devo usare? Devo andare in palestra? ... Quanto spesso dovrei allenarmi?<\/p>\n<p>Una tattica efficace per bruciare i grassi consiste nel mangiare ogni tre ore... preferibilmente cibo vero che consiste in una proteina magra, un carboidrato ad alto numero di ottani o complesso e una verdura. Mi rendo conto che questo non \u00e8 sempre realistico non solo per i miei clienti, ma anche per me. Per esempio, una strategia che attuo quotidianamente \u00e8 l'uso di un frullato sostitutivo del pasto (MRP). Ecco una giornata tratta dal mio diario di allenamento e nutrizione:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Strategia alimentare<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h5><strong>Pasto 1 - ore 5:15.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd C. Albumi d'uovo<\/li>\n<li>1 uovo intero biologico<\/li>\n<li>2 pacchetti di grana<\/li>\n<li>2 grammi di vitamina C<\/li>\n<li>Cardo mariano<\/li>\n<li>Multivitaminico\/minerale<\/li>\n<li>1 compressa di enzimi digestivi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Pasto 2 - 8:45.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 misurini di polvere proteica Formula-1 alla vaniglia e mirtilli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Pasto 3 - ore 11:00.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 misurini di proteine Formula-1 alla fragola \u00be C. Farina d'avena<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Pasto 4 - ore 14:00.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Petto di pollo teriyaki da 6 oz.<\/li>\n<li>1 C. Riso integrale<\/li>\n<li>1 C. Piselli da neve\/Carote<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Pasto 5 - 17:00.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Petto di pollo teriyaki da 6 oz.<\/li>\n<li>1 C. Riso integrale<\/li>\n<li>1 C. Piselli da neve\/Carote<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Pasto 6 - 20:00.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 misurini di proteine Formula-1 al cioccolato<\/li>\n<li>Mescolato in 2 tazze di yogurt biologico normale<\/li>\n<li>2 grammi di vitamina C<\/li>\n<li>5 grammi di glutammina<\/li>\n<li>2 grammi di olio di pesce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In questo giorno particolare, ho allenato i clienti dalle 6 alle 11, poi sono andato subito a una riunione di 90 minuti. Poi mi sono allenata per 40 minuti. Ho allenato altri due clienti e poi sono tornata a casa per studiare e preparare il cibo per il giorno dopo.<\/p>\n<p>Se non mi faccio un frullato tra un cliente e l'altro, posso passare facilmente 6-7 ore senza mangiare.<\/p>\n<p>Due strategie alimentari fondamentali per accelerare il metabolismo, bruciare i grassi e aumentare la massa muscolare magra sono:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preparate il cibo la sera prima. Di solito ne preparo il doppio o il triplo a cena e poi uso gli avanzi per il giorno dopo.<\/li>\n<li>Quando si ha poco tempo o il cibo vero non \u00e8 disponibile, si pu\u00f2 consumare un frullato contenente proteine e carboidrati. Avrete notato che bevo 2 misurini di proteine (40 grammi) e poi aggiungo \u00be di tazza di farina d'avena. Aggiungo la farina d'avena perch\u00e9 le proteine in polvere non contengono abbastanza carboidrati. Le fibre e i carboidrati di alta qualit\u00e0 contenuti nella farina d'avena aiutano a stabilizzare i livelli di zucchero nel sangue, consentendo al corpo di rilasciare i grassi come combustibile.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Alla prossima volta....oh aspetta.... quasi dimenticavo.<\/p>\n<p>La settimana scorsa vi ho detto che vi avrei raccontato qualcosa di molto imbarazzante... e lo far\u00f2. Ma non ancora.
