Non succede quasi mai.  Quindi \u00e8 necessario un approccio pi\u00f9 intelligente.  \u00c8 semplice.  Se si \u00e8 diligenti, \u00e8 possibile raggiungere l'obiettivo di eseguire flessioni complete in stile militare entro 30 giorni.  Tutto dipende dal punto di partenza. \u00a0<strong>Ogni essere umano con un battito cardiaco ha la capacit\u00e0 di diventare pi\u00f9 forte.  \u00c8 un dato di fatto.  Quindi, se questo \u00e8 il vostro obiettivo, impegnatevi e sar\u00e0 cos\u00ec.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">La strategia per passare dalle \"flessioni femminili\" alle \"flessioni militari complete\".<\/h4>\n<p><strong><i>AVVISO: non lavoro con gli agnelli. Lavoro con i leoni.  Se siete arrabbiati perch\u00e9 ho usato il termine \"flessioni femminili\", non mi dispiace. Non ci fate caso. Voglio che le persone trovino queste informazioni se ne hanno bisogno, quindi uso la terminologia che cercano e le parole che usano per descrivere la loro sfida; altrimenti, sto sprecando il mio tempo e non aiuto nessuno.  Se non sei troppo sensibile e non vuoi che io muoia per averti \"offeso\", allora continua a leggere, amico mio.  In ogni caso, \u00e8 tutto a posto nel quartiere.\u00a0<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 cos\u00ec semplice che vi piacer\u00e0.  Ho usato questa strategia per decine di clienti con grande successo. Dovete eseguire le flessioni con le mani su una superficie rialzata. Se non avete molta forza nella parte superiore del corpo, potreste dover iniziare su un bancone della cucina o sul muro.  Una volta completate 8 ripetizioni a questa altezza, si proceder\u00e0 abbassando la posizione delle mani di 15 centimetri.  Alla fine, si scender\u00e0 fino al pavimento.  Se questo \u00e8 un obiettivo importante per voi, eseguite 8 flessioni al giorno fino a raggiungere il vostro obiettivo.<\/p>\n<p>Se vi bloccate, prendete due giorni di pausa. Assicuratevi di ingerire abbastanza proteine e di dormire a sufficienza, poi riprendete il lavoro.
