Queste anime hanno creato la vita alle loro condizioni.<\/p>\n

Ecco la grande notizia: non sono speciali. Sono come voi e me. Possiedono alcune convinzioni che li portano a vedere il mondo in modo migliore. Non sono vittime, ma creatori e leader. Non si lasciano mai guidare dalla paura. Questi esseri umani sono affamati e guidati dal cuore. Quando eccellono, rendono il mondo un posto migliore per molti altri.<\/p>\n

Come ho detto, sono proprio come voi, ma hanno alcune convinzioni che li fanno pensare e agire in modo diverso. Se lo desiderate, potete cambiare le vostre convinzioni e creare la vita proprio come hanno fatto loro (se siete disposti a dedicare tempo e impegno).<\/p>\n

Ovviamente non \u00e8 facile.<\/p>\n

Sto parlando di essere costantemente e inesorabilmente ossessionati dal padroneggiare le proprie convinzioni. La maggior parte delle persone non far\u00e0 ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 richiesto. Questa \u00e8 la vostra scelta. Sono qui per piantare un seme. Dovete annaffiarlo e nutrirlo quotidianamente perch\u00e9 diventi una quercia possente. Questa \u00e8 la verit\u00e0. Se volete vincere, continuate a leggere...<\/p>\n

SCEGLIERE UN PERCORSO<\/h3>\n

La maggior parte delle persone fa qualche tentativo e poi si arrende. Si sforzano un po'. Si concentra. Poi, quando le cose si fanno difficili o scomode, dicono \"fanculo\". Questa \u00e8 la tipica risposta umana.<\/p>\n

Poi ci sono altri che provano un sacco di cose diverse. Si entusiasmano e si entusiasmano per qualche settimana e poi si sentono frustrati o annoiati. Poi passano alla cosa successiva. Se volete raggiungere la migliore forma fisica della vostra vita, fatelo come priorit\u00e0 assoluta. \u00a0Datevi almeno due anni di tempo e datevi da fare.<\/strong> \u00a0Modificare gli orari. Trovate un GRANDE ALLENATORE.<\/a> Studiare. Imparare. Leggere. Sporcarsi le mani.<\/p>\n

Raggiungete il vostro obiettivo e poi modificatelo per mantenere i risultati ottenuti.<\/p>\n
