Quando si parla di allenamento fisico, c'\u00e8 un principio che li regola tutti.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">La sfida crea il cambiamento<\/h3>\n<p>La sfida \u00e8 la scintilla che accende la fiamma del progresso.  Quando la maggior parte delle persone sente questa frase, parte e si allena come Arnold Schwarzenegger. Inutile dire che questo \u00e8 troppo per loro.  Il bello del corpo umano \u00e8 proprio questo:<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Per migliorare basta fare pi\u00f9 di quanto si \u00e8 abituati a fare. \u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Sfida = Cambiamento<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2827\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/PIC-1-726x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"726\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ecco la domanda da un milione di dollari...<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Come si fa a sapere se l'allenamento funziona?<\/h4>\n<p>Ci sono quattro indicatori che indicano che il vostro corpo \u00e8 messo alla prova.  Questi quattro semplici indicatori di successo, se applicati con costanza, vi permetteranno di sapere quando \u00e8 abbastanza.  Questo \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che io chiamo...<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Il principio B.O.S.S.<\/h4>\n<p>Questo acronimo lo rende facile da ricordare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B: Bruciare.<\/strong> \u00a0Quando i muscoli bruciano, ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dovuto all'intenso sforzo muscolare. L'effetto collaterale \u00e8 un rilascio naturale e salutare dell'ormone della crescita umano e un aumento della forza e possibilmente dei muscoli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O: Fiato corto.<\/strong> \u00a0Quando si sfidano il cuore e i polmoni, la reazione del corpo \u00e8 quella di costruire pi\u00f9 mitocondri all'interno della cellula.  Questo \u00e8 il luogo fisico in cui si crea ATP\/energia e si bruciano i grassi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S: Sudore.<\/strong> \u00a0Il sottoprodotto della contrazione muscolare \u00e8 il calore. Quando la temperatura corporea aumenta, si inizia a sudare per mantenere l'omeostasi.  Si bruciano calorie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S: Lotta. \u00a0<\/strong>Quando si esegue un allenamento di resistenza e si comincia a fare fatica e non si riesce pi\u00f9 a mantenere la forma e\/o a sollevare il peso, questo \u00e8 uno stimolo per la forza e, se l'alimentazione e il sonno sono sufficienti, pu\u00f2 verificarsi una crescita muscolare.<\/p>\n<p>Ecco un semplice principio per essere sicuri che l'allenamento funzioni.  In realt\u00e0 \u00e8 un metodo per valutare se VOI stessi state lavorando.  Sapete cosa voglio dire?<\/p>\n<p>La chiave della vittoria \u00e8 vincere la giornata. Fare ogni giorno le piccole cose che nel tempo porteranno a risultati enormi.
