Sono stato un atleta per tutta la vita, quindi non ho mai seguito una dieta.  Ho sempre alimentato il mio corpo per ottenere il massimo delle prestazioni.  Non mi sono mai affamato tagliando i carboidrati, i grassi, le proteine o qualsiasi altra cosa.<\/p>\n<p>Non c'\u00e8 bisogno di dire che non avevo idea di cosa stessero parlando i miei clienti, quindi ho avuto il mio bel da fare.<\/p>\n<p>Mi recai immediatamente alla libreria \"Borders\" locale e comprai tutti i libri sulle diete che potevo.  Dopo qualche mese, avevo letto 68 libri di dieta diversi.   Si potrebbe pensare che, dopo tutti quegli sforzi, io sappia il fatto mio, eppure ero pi\u00f9 confusa che mai.<\/p>\n<h4>Ogni libro sulle diete contraddiceva l'altro. Capivo perfettamente cosa stavano passando i miei clienti. L'alimentazione \u00e8 semplice, ma \u00e8 complicata perch\u00e9 molti esperti di marketing e \"guru delle diete\" hanno bisogno di attirare la vostra attenzione e quindi esagerano la verit\u00e0 e spesso mentono.<\/h4>\n<p>In questo post condivider\u00f2 i 5 principi che funzionano per ogni essere umano con un battito cardiaco.  Con \"funzionano\" intendo dire che se vivete costantemente secondo questi principi e li combinate con un allenamento costante della forza e del condizionamento cardiovascolare, migliorerete la vostra forza e resistenza e avrete un aspetto e una sensazione ancora migliori.<\/p>\n<p>Quindi andiamo subito al sodo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3802\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_8520.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"607\" height=\"584\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Per quanto riguarda la \"Regola #3: Mangiare un pasto Fuoco o Carburante ogni 3 ore per liberare il grasso come carburante\", questo non \u00e8 del tutto vero.  Mangiare con costanza \"automatizza\" la mente, in modo da non saltare i pasti e non raddoppiare i pasti.  Questo aiuta a modificare il comportamento e a rispettare le regole.  Se preferite mangiare ogni 4, 5 o 6 ore, va bene.  Tuttavia, se quando mangiate siete talmente affamati che fate scelte sbagliate e mangiate fino a quando non siete sazi come un tacchino nel giorno del Ringraziamento, allora \u00e8 meglio che vi diate una regolata e mangiate prima di essere affamati come Marvin.<\/p>\n<p>Il segreto \u00e8 essere coerenti.  Mangiate pi\u00f9 o meno agli stessi orari ogni giorno.  Avere un piano e rispettarlo.  La maggior parte dei miei clienti mangia 4 volte al giorno, ma alcuni mangiano di pi\u00f9 e altri fanno meno pasti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esempio di giornata di rifornimento (nome del cliente non comunicato per motivi di privacy)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7:00 Sveglia. Bere 0,5 l di acqua\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7:30 Treno secondo il programma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ore 9: frullato di proteine e mirtilli o mela.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>12.00-13.00: Petto di pollo o salmone o gamberetti con insalatona verde con olio extravergine di oliva e limone.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ore 15.00: ripetere il frullato di proteine o il pranzo.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>19.00-20.00: Salmone selvaggio, pur\u00e8 di patate dolci, asparagi, condimento.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Come si pu\u00f2 vedere, non si tratta di una cosa sofisticata. \u00c8 semplice.  Richiede una pianificazione anticipata.  Se iniziate la giornata senza un piano, state pensando di fallire.  Non \u00e8 necessario essere perfetti, ma \u00e8 necessario essere coerenti.
