Non erano interessati a ogni minimo dettaglio; volevano solo un piano semplice che funzionasse davvero.<\/p>\n<p>Boom!  Eccolo qui...<\/p>\n<h3>8 azioni quotidiane che trasformano mente, corpo e prestazioni<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Idratazione: Bere 1\/2 del proprio peso corporeo in once d'acqua al giorno.<\/li>\n<li>Mangiate gli alimenti pi\u00f9 vicini alla loro fonte naturale.  Evitare quasi sempre gli alimenti trasformati.<\/li>\n<li>Consumate un \"pasto di risultato\" (pasto equilibrato) prima di essere \"affamati\". Pianificate gli orari dei pasti e rispettateli.<\/li>\n<li>Tenere un diario alimentare giornaliero.  Una ricerca ha dimostrato un aumento dei risultati di 64%.  La consapevolezza di s\u00e9 \u00e8 il primo passo per migliorare qualsiasi cosa nella vita.  Non si conosce ci\u00f2 che non si conosce.<\/li>\n<li>Sfidate il vostro corpo con pesi e cardio.
