Ne vale la pena?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Secondo l'istituto di ricerca noto come Statistic Brain, solo il 9,2% di tutte le persone che si pongono obiettivi per il nuovo anno ritiene di averli raggiunti.  Ancora pi\u00f9 sorprendente \u00e8 il fatto che 42% abbiano ammesso di aver smesso entro il primo mese!<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Gli obiettivi funzionano?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La psicologa Gail Matthews ha condotto uno studio nel 2015 che ha dimostrato che quando le persone scrivono i loro obiettivi, hanno 33% pi\u00f9 successo rispetto a coloro che hanno semplicemente creato gli obiettivi nella loro testa.<\/p>\n<p>Nel 2006, i ricercatori Locke e Lathan hanno trovato un legame tra la definizione di obiettivi e l'aumento della motivazione, dell'autostima e della fiducia in se stessi.<\/p>\n<p>Ma abbiamo davvero bisogno di studi che ci dimostrino che la definizione degli obiettivi funziona?<\/p>\n<p>Qualcuno \u00e8 diventato per caso il miglior atleta del pianeta?<\/p>\n<p>Qualcuno si \u00e8 mai svegliato e ha detto: \"Wow, sono nella forma migliore della mia vita! Che fortuna!\"?<\/p>\n<p>Quando inizio a lavorare con un nuovo cliente, il mio obiettivo \u00e8 capire che cosa questa persona vuole ottenere nel modo pi\u00f9 dettagliato possibile.  I miei clienti tendono a essere estremamente \"di successo\" in qualche settore della loro vita.  Tuttavia, il pi\u00f9 delle volte non hanno ben chiaro cosa vogliono ottenere con l'allenamento e l'alimentazione.<\/p>\n<h4>Senza una visione chiara e convincente di ci\u00f2 che si vuole diventare, il fallimento \u00e8 imminente.<\/h4>\n<p>Ecco perch\u00e9...<\/p>\n<p>Per ottenere il vostro corpo migliore di sempre e possedere un'energia incessante per essere al meglio e dare il meglio di voi stessi, non \u00e8 facile.<\/p>\n<p>Ed \u00e8 praticamente impossibile senza una visione chiara e convincente del proprio futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Senza questo obiettivo finale, vi mancano la forza d'animo e lo scopo per andare avanti quando le cose si fanno difficili.<\/p>\n<p>Armati di una visione chiara e convincente, avete uno scopo pi\u00f9 grande!  Questo scopo vi spinge quando si presentano le sfide.<\/p>\n<p>Non lo sottolineer\u00f2 mai abbastanza.  Dovete assolutamente investire il tempo necessario per creare mentalmente il nuovo voi.<\/p>\n<p>Tutta la creazione inizia con un pensiero.  Con un numero sufficiente di emozioni e di ripetizioni, si forma una convinzione.<\/p>\n<p>Per molte persone, questo \u00e8 il punto in cui si ferma.  Le convinzioni sono tutto. Le convinzioni sono le regole con cui si vive.  Spesso siamo del tutto inconsapevoli di ci\u00f2 che ci spinge a fare ci\u00f2 che facciamo e del perch\u00e9 non facciamo altre cose.<\/p>\n<h4>Se volete essere vittoriosi, ci sono tre convinzioni fondamentali che dovete possedere.<\/h4>\n<h4>\"Posso farlo.  Lo far\u00f2.  E ne vale la pena perch\u00e9........\":<\/h4>\n<p>Potrei partire per la tangente e iniziare a insegnare tutti i dettagli, ma non sarebbe utile.<\/p>\n<p>Invece, \u00e8 il vostro turno.<\/p>\n<h4>Quello che farete dopo determiner\u00e0 che tipo di persona siete e che tipo di persona diventerete in futuro.<\/h4>\n<p>Siete il tipo di persona che cerca scuse o il tipo di persona che agisce?<\/p>\n<p>Siete il tipo di persona che ignora le cose importanti o siete il tipo di persona che fa ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 importante anche quando non \u00e8 facile?<\/p>\n<p>Vi guidano la paura e il dubbio o la fede e il coraggio?<\/p>\n<h4>Scrivete subito la risposta a queste domande.<\/h4>\n<p>1. Se potessi ottenere qualsiasi cosa con il mio corpo, come vorrei che si sentisse?  Che aspetto vorrei che avesse il mio corpo? Cosa vorrei che il mio corpo fosse in grado di fare (correre una certa distanza, sollevare un certo peso, toccare le punte dei piedi, ecc.)<\/p>\n<p>2.  Immaginate per un momento di essere gi\u00e0 l\u00ec.  Ora descrivete come ci si sente.  Come sarebbe la vostra vita se steste gi\u00e0 vivendo in questo corpo sano, vibrante, pieno di energia e forte che vi serve cos\u00ec bene?<\/p>\n<p>3.
