Chris \u00e8 una rara miscela di scienziato e artista. Non c'\u00e8 nessuno migliore quando si tratta di creare deliziosi pasti orientati ai risultati. Questi pancake sono ricchi di proteine e carboidrati buoni (Fuel Meal). Sono perfetti anche quando si \u00e8 in viaggio. Si possono riscaldare o mangiare freddi. In ogni caso, il sapore \u00e8 ottimo!<\/p>\n<p>Di solito li mangio tra un cliente e l'altro o se sono a un seminario, opto per questi piuttosto che per una barretta o un frullato.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quando si tratta di bruciare i grassi, costruire i muscoli e avere energia, il CIBO REALE REGNA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Pancake ai mirtilli facili e veloci<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tazza di farina d'avena (io preferisco l'avena senza glutine)<\/li>\n<li>3 albumi<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tazza di ricotta a basso contenuto di grassi<\/li>\n<li>2 cucchiai di estratto di cannella<\/li>\n<li>1 cucchiaino di estratto di vaniglia<\/li>\n<li>20 mirtilli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Metodo di preparazione<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti, tranne i mirtilli, in un frullatore fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.<\/li>\n<li>Aggiungere i mirtilli e mescolare alla pastella.<\/li>\n<li>Preriscaldare una padella antiaderente di medie dimensioni a fuoco medio.  Spruzzare leggermente con uno spray da cucina antiaderente.<\/li>\n<li>Versare 1\/4 della pastella nella padella finch\u00e9 non \u00e8 abbastanza solida da poter essere girata.
