Il Gauntlet non richiede alcun attrezzo e, una volta preparato, richiede solo 10 minuti o meno (ma per i principianti pu\u00f2 richiedere pi\u00f9 di 20 minuti). \u00c8 l'allenamento senza scuse.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Come fare il GAUNTLET<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Iniziare con 10 flessioni<\/li>\n<li>Eseguire immediatamente 15 affondi (per gamba).<\/li>\n<li>Caduta e strappo di 9 flessioni<\/li>\n<li>Tornare al punto di partenza.<\/li>\n<li>Caduta e strappo di 8 flessioni<\/li>\n<li>Eseguire immediatamente 15 affondi (per gamba).<\/li>\n<li>Caduta e strappo di 7 flessioni<\/li>\n<li>Tornare al punto di partenza...<\/li>\n<li>Vedete dove si va a parare. Continuate a diminuire il numero di flessioni fino a raggiungere 1.<\/li>\n<li>Una volta raggiunto l'1, si passa al 2, al 3, al 4, al 5, al 6, al 7, all'8, al 9 e si termina con il 10.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATTENZIONE<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Vi suggerisco di cronometrare il tempo necessario per completare il Gauntlet.
