Lo chiamo INFERNO.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>INFERNO = perdita di grasso<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>INFERNO \u00e8 un protocollo di soglia del lattato, il che significa che brucer\u00e0 come una mazza da hockey. Questo bruciore, come probabilmente saprete, \u00e8 causato da un accumulo di acido lattico. Quello che forse non sapete \u00e8 la risposta del corpo a questo stato. L'obiettivo principale del corpo \u00e8 sempre la sopravvivenza, al di l\u00e0 di tutto.  Quando i muscoli sono intasati di acido lattico, non possono pi\u00f9 contrarsi. In termini di sopravvivenza (si pensi all'uomo delle caverne che evita la tigre dai denti a sciabola), ci\u00f2 significa che non si pu\u00f2 \"combattere o volare\".  In sostanza, le possibilit\u00e0 di sopravvivenza non sono buone in questo stato indotto dall'acido lattico.  La risposta dell'organismo \u00e8 quella di eliminare l'acido lattico in eccesso, per cui l'ipofisi rilascia l'ormone della crescita (GH). L'ormone della crescita brucia i grassi, costruisce i muscoli e rende pi\u00f9 belli. Maggiore \u00e8 il bruciore, maggiore \u00e8 il rilascio di GH. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Collaudato per lavorare in trincea<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>L'INFERNO non \u00e8 un allenamento che ho sognato per questo video.  L'ho messo alla prova negli ultimi 6 anni (2005) e ha dato buoni risultati. Altrimenti non l'avrei condiviso.  Se abbinato a un'alimentazione corretta e a una mentalit\u00e0 mirata, si pu\u00f2 prevedere di perdere 0,5% di grasso corporeo a settimana (anche se spesso si assiste a una riduzione maggiore del grasso).<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Sfida = Cambiamento<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>L'aspetto positivo di questo video, piuttosto che di una semplice stampa del programma, \u00e8 che vedrete quale livello di intensit\u00e0 \u00e8 necessario per creare un cambiamento fisico. Tenete presente che non tutti sono al livello di Adam.  Lui si allena da anni.  Sta a voi stabilire da dove iniziare. Suggerisco di iniziare con 1 serie e di passare a 2 e poi a 3 serie per circuito. La chiave \u00e8 sfidare il corpo.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Un errore comune che rende inefficace l'INFERNO<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Un ultimo punto che vorrei sottolineare \u00e8 quello di cronometrare i periodi di riposo con un cronometro. Non tirate a indovinare. <strong> Periodi di riposo specifici producono risultati specifici.<\/strong> La maggior parte delle persone riposa troppo a lungo.
