All'epoca ero un giocatore di football universitario, un bodybuilder agonista e un combattente duro, quindi ho sempre mangiato come un atleta. Quando le persone iniziarono a raccontarmi tutte le diverse diete che avevano provato, rimasi a bocca aperta. Molte non le riconoscevo nemmeno. Cos\u00ec, da grande nerd quale sono, sono andato alla libreria Borders e mi sono immerso nella sezione dei libri sulle diete. Nel corso di alcuni mesi ho letto 68 libri di dieta diversi. Tutto ci\u00f2 mi ha confuso ancora di pi\u00f9. LOL! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><em>Poi ho avuto un'illuminazione.<\/em> Mi sono reso conto che quando volevo aumentare i muscoli mangiavo in modo diverso e mi allenavo in modo diverso per ottenere il risultato. Quando ho cambiato il mio obiettivo, passando a bruciare i grassi e a diventare pi\u00f9 muscoloso, ho cambiato di nuovo il mio modo di mangiare e di allenarmi. L'epifania \u00e8 stata questa: quando l'obiettivo cambia, cambia anche il piano. L'obiettivo e il piano devono essere allineati. Questa semplice strategia viene spesso trascurata. Io la chiamo NUTRITION CYCLING. Elimina la confusione creata dalla maggior parte delle diete e rende l'esperienza alimentare molto pi\u00f9 piacevole e sostenibile.
