{"id":2192,"date":"2005-11-12T14:47:00","date_gmt":"2005-11-12T18:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/wordpress\/physical-training\/how-to-burn-fat-part-1"},"modified":"2017-09-19T15:29:51","modified_gmt":"2017-09-19T19:29:51","slug":"come-bruciare-i-grassi-parte-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/billybeck.com\/it\/physical-training\/how-to-burn-fat-part-1","title":{"rendered":"Come bruciare i grassi - Parte 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Supponiamo che siate seduti in un ristorante a farvi gli affari vostri e che, proprio mentre state per godervi un sorso della vostra bevanda ghiacciata, un tizio si avvicini e inizi a stuzzicarvi l'orecchio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\">Cosa faresti tu? <\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Spostarsi a un altro tavolo.<\/li>\n<li>Chiedetegli di smettere.<\/li>\n<li>Dategli una bella botta di culo!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fareste di tutto per fermare questo fastidioso parassita.<\/p>\n<p>Questo \u00e8 un esempio di come funziona il nostro corpo.  \u00c8 un principio chiamato<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>\"Irritazione e adattamento\".<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Il nostro corpo \u00e8 sempre alla ricerca dell'omeostasi, uno stato di benessere.  Quando il corpo si irrita, cambia o si adatta, consciamente o inconsciamente, per eliminare l'irritazione.<\/p>\n<p>Desideriamo il comfort (piacere) ed evitiamo il dolore.<\/p>\n<p>Il corpo umano \u00e8 sorprendente, in quanto si adatta a qualsiasi sollecitazione che gli viene sottoposta in modo costante. La prima volta che avete sollevato manubri da venti chili, probabilmente \u00e8 stato difficile sollevarli per dieci volte. Dovevate davvero lottare, dimenarvi e contorcervi per fare le ultime ripetizioni. Alla fine \u00e8 diventato pi\u00f9 facile e si \u00e8 riusciti a sollevare manubri da venticinque libbre.  Il corpo era irritato e si \u00e8 adattato diventando pi\u00f9 forte.<\/p>\n<p>Se si continuasse a sollevare le venti libbre, non si stimolerebbe (irriterebbe) il muscolo. \u00c8 a questo punto che si verifica il \"plateau\"... il progresso incontra un ostacolo.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>L'unico modo per garantire un progresso continuo \u00e8 <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Sfidare il corpo <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>al di l\u00e0 di ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 comodo.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Chiedetevi: \"Posso farne un'altra?\".<\/p>\n<p>Se la risposta \u00e8 \"s\u00ec\", sapete cosa fare.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>IL COMFORT UCCIDE!<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>P.S.
