(Incrociate le dita)<\/p>\n<h3><strong>L'allenamento di TOMB RAIDER<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>20 affondi a piedi braccia con torsione della testa<\/li>\n<li>10 flessioni<\/li>\n<li>Correre 20 metri<\/li>\n<li>Appendimenti a precipizio 10-30 secondi.
