Si vous ne trouvez pas de nouilles soba \u00e0 l'\u00e9peautre, vous pouvez les remplacer par des nouilles au sarrasin.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u00bd once de nouilles soba \u00e0 l'\u00e9peautre, non cuites<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tasse d'oignon rouge, en tranches<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tasse de poivron rouge en tranches<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d'huile de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tasse de chou napa, r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00bd onces de crevettes cuites \u00e0 la vapeur, sans la carapace ni la queue<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vinaigre de vin de riz<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce Hoisin, 365 Whole Foods Brand<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cacahu\u00e8tes hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Une pinc\u00e9e de graines de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de coriandre fra\u00eeche hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>M\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Porter une casserole d'eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Mettez les nouilles soba dans l'eau et suivez le temps de cuisson indiqu\u00e9 sur l'emballage. Lorsque les nouilles sont cuites, \u00e9gouttez-les et passez-les sous l'eau froide pour arr\u00eater la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Faire chauffer une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive vaporis\u00e9e d'un spray de cuisson sans mati\u00e8re grasse et y faire revenir l'oignon rouge et le poivron jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient tendres. Cette op\u00e9ration doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 feu moyen, sinon ils br\u00fbleront. Vaporisez \u00e0 nouveau la po\u00eale si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque les l\u00e9gumes sont tendres, ajouter le chou, les crevettes, le vinaigre de vin de riz, la sauce Hoisin et les nouilles. Remuer les aliments pour les enrober de sauce.
