Assaisonner les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s avec du sel et du poivre. Vaporiser la sauteuse avec un spray de cuisson antiadh\u00e9sif sans mati\u00e8re grasse et saisir les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du poulet. Mettez la sauteuse avec le poulet au four et faites cuire pendant 12-13 minutes jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature interne atteigne 170 degr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le reste des ingr\u00e9dients dans une petite casserole. Bien m\u00e9langer jusqu'\u00e0 obtention d'un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne. Faire chauffer la sauce \u00e0 feu doux jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elle soit chaude. Lorsque le poulet est cuit, verser la sauce \u00e0 la moutarde forte sur le blanc de poulet.
