Lauderdale, en Floride, o\u00f9 j'habite.  Nous avons eu plus de chance que nos amis du Mississippi et de Louisiane, mais m\u00eame un ouragan de niveau 1 peut faire de s\u00e9rieux d\u00e9g\u00e2ts.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant la nuit, j'ai pu entendre le vent siffler, les arbres se briser et les d\u00e9bris frapper mes fen\u00eatres (j'habite au dernier \u00e9tage d'un condominium !).<\/p>\n<p>Le lendemain, j'ai regard\u00e9 par ma fen\u00eatre qui donnait sur le terrain de golf et ? on aurait dit que King Kong avait piqu\u00e9 une crise de col\u00e8re et d\u00e9racin\u00e9 tous les arbres ? des dizaines d'entre eux.  Plus d'un million de foyers \u00e9taient priv\u00e9s d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et presque tout \u00e9tait ferm\u00e9.  Apr\u00e8s avoir parl\u00e9 \u00e0 la plupart de mes clients et amis, j'\u00e9tais soulag\u00e9e d'apprendre que tout le monde \u00e9tait sain et sauf.  Puis j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 frapp\u00e9e comme une tonne de briques : la salle de sport est ferm\u00e9e. Il n'y a pas d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et la nourriture se g\u00e2te.  Tr\u00e8s peu de restaurants, voire aucun, sont ouverts.  Mes clients !  Que vont-ils manger ? Comment vont-ils faire de l'exercice ?<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un bref moment de panique, je me suis ressaisie et j'ai imagin\u00e9 le r\u00e9gime HURRICANE.  Le r\u00e9gime Ouragan est con\u00e7u pour les moments o\u00f9 vous \u00eates bloqu\u00e9 chez vous et o\u00f9 vous ne pouvez pas vous procurer de nourriture.  Qu'il s'agisse d'un ouragan, d'un blizzard, d'une panne d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ou d'une simple paresse, voici une strat\u00e9gie alimentaire qui vous permettra de continuer \u00e0 avancer dans une direction positive.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les lignes directrices :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>La nourriture doit \u00eatre non p\u00e9rissable.<\/li>\n<li>Chaque repas doit contenir une source de prot\u00e9ines maigres et un hydrate de carbone.<\/li>\n<li>Beaucoup d'eau !  Les aliments non p\u00e9rissables contenant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de grandes quantit\u00e9s de sodium, il est important de boire plus que d'habitude.  L'augmentation de la consommation d'eau contribuera \u00e0 \u00e9liminer la r\u00e9tention d'eau.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Voici un exemple :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><b>Petit d\u00e9jeuner :<\/b> Muffin anglais au bl\u00e9 entier avec beurre de cacahu\u00e8te naturel<\/p>\n<p><b>En milieu de matin\u00e9e :<\/b> Du b\u0153uf s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et une pomme<\/p>\n<p><b>D\u00e9jeuner :<\/b> Thon blanc pauvre en sodium. Utilisez un sachet de mayonnaise all\u00e9g\u00e9e et un sachet de cornichon pour la saveur.  D\u00e9posez-en sur du pain de bl\u00e9 entier et d\u00e9gustez.<\/p>\n<p><b>Milieu d'apr\u00e8s-midi :<\/b>\u00a0Barre nutritionnelle contenant au moins 20 grammes de prot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n<p><b>D\u00eener :<\/b> Chicken of the Sea fait des paquets de crevettes qui sont excellents ! On les trouve pr\u00e8s du thon. M\u00e9langez-les avec de la vinaigrette italienne sans gras. Servir avec des morceaux d'ananas en conserve sans sucre ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><b>Soir\u00e9e :<\/b> Boisson prot\u00e9in\u00e9e \u00e0 faible teneur en sucre et en mati\u00e8res grasses.<\/p>\n<p>Permettez-moi de souligner qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une m\u00e9thode 100% optimale, mais qu'elle vous permettra de rester sur la voie des r\u00e9sultats.
