Dans notre \u00e9tude, cela a r\u00e9duit la perte de graisse de 55 pour cent\".<\/strong><br \/>\n~ Plamen Penev, MD, PhD<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Vous n'\u00eates pas encore convaincu ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans une autre \u00e9tude de l'Universit\u00e9 f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Sao Paulo, au Br\u00e9sil, les chercheurs ont constat\u00e9 que de mauvaises habitudes de sommeil augmentaient l'app\u00e9tit et les fringales. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est d\u00fb \u00e0 une perturbation de la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion des hormones Ghr\u00e9line et Leptine. Ces deux hormones jouent un r\u00f4le important dans le m\u00e9tabolisme, la perte de graisse et le contr\u00f4le de l'app\u00e9tit. Si ces hormones ne sont pas contr\u00f4l\u00e9es, il est tr\u00e8s difficile de suivre un programme alimentaire efficace.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9galement rapport\u00e9 dans <em>Obesity Reviews,<\/em> Des chercheurs danois ont pass\u00e9 en revue 71 \u00e9tudes comparant le sommeil et ses effets sur l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9. Ils ont conclu qu'une courte dur\u00e9e de sommeil \u00e9tait li\u00e9e \u00e0 l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 chez les enfants et les jeunes adultes.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des 15 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, j'ai travaill\u00e9 avec des milliers de personnes et j'ai pu constater qu'il existe un lien \u00e9vident entre un sommeil ad\u00e9quat et l'obtention d'un corps maigre et athl\u00e9tique dont vous \u00eates fier.<\/p>\n<p>Souvent, la racine du probl\u00e8me a plus \u00e0 voir avec le r\u00e9tablissement de la sant\u00e9 qu'avec l'obtention d'un changement esth\u00e9tique. J'ai constat\u00e9 que lorsqu'un client n'arrive pas \u00e0 dormir, il y a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 sous-jacent qui doit \u00eatre examin\u00e9. Je recommande de faire un bilan de sant\u00e9 et de travailler avec un m\u00e9decin form\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00e9decine fonctionnelle ou int\u00e9grative.
