Mon p\u00e8re m'a notamment enseign\u00e9 la diff\u00e9rence entre une tactique et une strat\u00e9gie. \"Une tactique\", expliquait-il, \"c'est ce que vous faites. C'est l'objectif. Une strat\u00e9gie, c'est la mani\u00e8re dont vous allez atteindre la tactique ou l'objectif. C'est le plan. Vous devriez toujours avoir plus d'une strat\u00e9gie pour atteindre votre tactique - juste au cas o\u00f9 quelque chose n'irait pas. Il faut toujours \u00eatre pr\u00e9voyant\".<\/p>\n<p>Il est important de le savoir car la plupart, sinon la totalit\u00e9, des programmes de remise en forme et des livres sur les r\u00e9gimes alimentaires traitent de la TACTIQUE unique, mais n'expliquent pas comment y parvenir dans le monde r\u00e9el (la strat\u00e9gie).<\/p>\n<p>Un livre de r\u00e9gime dit \"mangez peu de glucides\"... mais comment ? ....Quels sont les aliments \u00e0 faible teneur en glucides ?<\/p>\n<p>Un autre livre dit : \"Entra\u00eenez-vous intens\u00e9ment\"... quelle quantit\u00e9 de poids dois-je utiliser ? ... dois-je aller dans une salle de sport ? ... \u00e0 quelle fr\u00e9quence dois-je m'entra\u00eener ?<\/p>\n<p>Une tactique efficace pour br\u00fbler les graisses consiste \u00e0 manger toutes les trois heures... de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence de la vraie nourriture compos\u00e9e d'une prot\u00e9ine maigre, d'un hydrate de carbone complexe ou \u00e0 haute teneur en octane et d'un l\u00e9gume. Je me rends compte que ce n'est pas toujours r\u00e9aliste, non seulement pour mes clients, mais aussi pour moi. Par exemple, l'une des strat\u00e9gies que je mets en \u0153uvre quotidiennement est l'utilisation d'un substitut de repas (MRP). Voici une journ\u00e9e tir\u00e9e de mon journal d'entra\u00eenement et de nutrition :<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Strat\u00e9gie alimentaire<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h5><strong>Repas 1 - 5h15<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd C. Blancs d'oeufs<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf entier biologique<\/li>\n<li>2 paquets de gruau<\/li>\n<li>2 grammes de vitamine C<\/li>\n<li>Chardon Marie<\/li>\n<li>Multi-vitamines\/min\u00e9raux<\/li>\n<li>1 comprim\u00e9 d'enzymes digestives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Repas 2 - 8h45<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 boules de poudre de prot\u00e9ines Formula-1 \u00e0 la vanille et myrtilles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Repas 3 - 11h00<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 mesures de Formula-1 Protein \u00e0 la fraise \u00be de tasse de flocons d'avoine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Repas 4 - 14h00<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>6 oz. de poitrine de poulet Teriyaki<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de riz brun<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de pois mange-tout\/carottes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Repas 5 - 17 heures<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>6 oz. de poitrine de poulet Teriyaki<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de riz brun<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de pois mange-tout\/carottes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Repas 6 - 20 heures<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 mesures de prot\u00e9ines Formula-1 au chocolat<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 2 tasses de yaourt bio nature<\/li>\n<li>2 grammes de vitamine C<\/li>\n<li>5 grammes de glutamine<\/li>\n<li>2 grammes d'huile de poisson<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce jour-l\u00e0, j'ai entra\u00een\u00e9 des clients de 6 heures \u00e0 11 heures, puis j'ai imm\u00e9diatement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9union de 90 minutes. Apr\u00e8s cela, j'ai fait de la musculation pendant 40 minutes. J'ai entra\u00een\u00e9 deux autres clients, puis je suis rentr\u00e9e chez moi pour \u00e9tudier et pr\u00e9parer mon repas pour le lendemain.<\/p>\n<p>Si je ne prenais pas un shake entre deux clients, je pouvais facilement passer 6 \u00e0 7 heures sans manger.<\/p>\n<p>Voici deux strat\u00e9gies alimentaires cl\u00e9s pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le m\u00e9tabolisme, br\u00fbler les graisses et augmenter la masse musculaire :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez vos aliments la veille. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, je pr\u00e9pare le double ou le triple pour le d\u00eener et j'utilise les restes pour le lendemain.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque vous manquez de temps ou que vous n'avez pas acc\u00e8s \u00e0 de vrais aliments, consommez un shake contenant des prot\u00e9ines et des hydrates de carbone. Vous avez peut-\u00eatre remarqu\u00e9 que je bois 2 mesures de prot\u00e9ines (40 grammes) et que j'ajoute ensuite \u00be de tasse de flocons d'avoine. J'ajoute les flocons d'avoine parce que les prot\u00e9ines en poudre ne contiennent pas assez de glucides. Les fibres et les glucides de haute qualit\u00e9 contenus dans les flocons d'avoine aident \u00e0 stabiliser le taux de sucre dans le sang, permettant ainsi \u00e0 l'organisme de lib\u00e9rer les graisses comme carburant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Jusqu'\u00e0 la prochaine fois....oh wait....J'ai failli oublier.<\/p>\n<p>La semaine derni\u00e8re, je vous ai dit que j'allais vous raconter quelque chose de tr\u00e8s embarrassant... et je vais le faire. Mais pas tout de suite.
