Cela n'arrive presque jamais.  Il faut donc une approche plus intelligente.  C'est simple.  Si vous \u00eates assidu, il est possible d'atteindre votre objectif de faire des pompes de style militaire en 30 jours.  Tout d\u00e9pend de votre point de d\u00e9part. \u00a0<strong>Tout \u00eatre humain dont le c\u0153ur bat a la capacit\u00e9 de devenir plus fort.  C'est un fait.  Si tel est votre objectif, engagez-vous et il en sera ainsi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">La strat\u00e9gie pour passer des \"pompes de filles\" aux \"pompes militaires\".<\/h4>\n<p><strong><i>AVIS : Je ne travaille pas avec des agneaux. Je travaille avec des lions.  Si vous \u00eates contrari\u00e9 par le fait que j'ai utilis\u00e9 l'expression \"pompes de filles\", je ne suis pas d\u00e9sol\u00e9. Oubliez cela. Je veux que les gens trouvent ces informations s'ils en ont besoin, alors j'utilise la terminologie qu'ils recherchent et les mots qu'ils utilisent pour d\u00e9crire leur d\u00e9fi ; sinon, je perds mon temps et je n'aide personne.  Si vous n'\u00eates pas trop sensible et que vous ne voulez pas que je meure pour vous avoir \"offens\u00e9\", lisez la suite, mon ami.  Quoi qu'il en soit, tout va bien dans le quartier.\u00a0<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C'est tellement simple que vous allez adorer.  J'ai utilis\u00e9 cette strat\u00e9gie pour des dizaines de clients avec beaucoup de succ\u00e8s. Vous allez faire des pompes avec les mains sur une surface sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e. Si vous n'avez pas beaucoup de force dans le haut du corps, vous devrez peut-\u00eatre commencer sur un comptoir de cuisine ou sur le mur.  Une fois que vous pouvez faire 8 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions \u00e0 cette hauteur, vous progressez en abaissant la position des mains de 6 pouces.  Vous finirez par descendre jusqu'au sol.  Si cet objectif est important pour vous, faites 8 pompes par jour jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous atteigniez votre but.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates bloqu\u00e9, prenez deux jours de repos. Assurez-vous que vous consommez suffisamment de prot\u00e9ines et que vous dormez assez, puis remettez-vous au travail.
