En mati\u00e8re d'entra\u00eenement physique, il existe un principe qui les r\u00e9git tous.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Le d\u00e9fi cr\u00e9e le changement<\/h3>\n<p>Le d\u00e9fi est l'\u00e9tincelle qui allume la flamme du progr\u00e8s.  Lorsque la plupart des gens entendent cela, ils se mettent \u00e0 s'entra\u00eener comme Arnold Schwarzenegger. Inutile de dire que c'est beaucoup trop pour eux. Ces quatre indicateurs simples de r\u00e9ussite, lorsqu'ils sont appliqu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente, vous permettent de savoir quand vous en avez assez.  C'est ce que j'appelle...<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Le principe B.O.S.S.<\/h4>\n<p>Cet acronyme permet de s'en souvenir facilement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B : Br\u00fbler.<\/strong> \u00a0Lorsque vos muscles br\u00fblent, c'est parce qu'ils sont sollicit\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re intense. L'effet secondaire est une lib\u00e9ration naturelle et saine de l'hormone de croissance humaine et une augmentation de la force et \u00e9ventuellement des muscles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O : Essouffl\u00e9.<\/strong> \u00a0Lorsque vous sollicitez votre c\u0153ur et vos poumons, votre corps r\u00e9agit en construisant davantage de mitochondries dans la cellule.  C'est \u00e0 cet endroit physique que l'ATP\/l'\u00e9nergie est cr\u00e9\u00e9e et que les graisses sont br\u00fbl\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S : Sueur.<\/strong> \u00a0Le sous-produit de la contraction musculaire est la chaleur.
