J'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 un athl\u00e8te toute ma vie et je n'ai donc jamais suivi de r\u00e9gime.  J'ai toujours nourri mon corps pour qu'il soit le plus performant possible.  Je ne me suis jamais priv\u00e9 de glucides, de graisses, de prot\u00e9ines ou de quoi que ce soit d'autre.<\/p>\n<p>Inutile de dire que je n'avais aucune id\u00e9e de ce dont mes clients parlaient et que j'avais du pain sur la planche.<\/p>\n<p>Je me suis imm\u00e9diatement rendu \u00e0 la librairie locale \"Borders\" et j'ai achet\u00e9 tous les livres sur les r\u00e9gimes que je pouvais.  Au bout de quelques mois, j'avais lu 68 livres de r\u00e9gime diff\u00e9rents.   On pourrait penser qu'apr\u00e8s tous ces efforts, je m'y connais, mais j'\u00e9tais encore plus confuse que jamais.<\/p>\n<h4>Tous les livres sur les r\u00e9gimes alimentaires se contredisaient. Je comprenais parfaitement ce que mes clients vivaient. La nutrition est simple, mais elle est compliqu\u00e9e parce que de nombreux sp\u00e9cialistes du marketing et \"gourous experts en r\u00e9gimes\" ont besoin d'attirer votre attention et exag\u00e8rent donc la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, voire mentent carr\u00e9ment.<\/h4>\n<p>Dans ce billet, je vais partager les 5 principes qui fonctionnent pour tout \u00eatre humain dot\u00e9 d'un battement de c\u0153ur.  Par \" efficace \", j'entends que si vous respectez ces principes de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente et que vous les associez \u00e0 un entra\u00eenement musculaire et cardiovasculaire r\u00e9gulier, vous am\u00e9liorerez votre force et votre endurance et vous vous sentirez encore plus beau et plus fort.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, allons droit au but.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3802\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_8520.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"607\" height=\"584\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la \"R\u00e8gle #3 : Mangez un repas \"Fire or Fuel\" toutes les 3 heures pour lib\u00e9rer les graisses pour le carburant\", ce n'est pas tout \u00e0 fait vrai.  Le fait de manger r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \" automatise \" les choses dans votre esprit, de sorte que vous ne manquez pas de repas et que vous n'en prenez pas deux fois.  Cela favorise le changement de comportement et l'observance.  Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez manger toutes les 4, 5 ou 6 heures, c'est tr\u00e8s bien.  Cependant, si vous avez tellement faim quand vous mangez que vous faites de mauvais choix et que vous mangez jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous soyez gav\u00e9 comme une dinde \u00e0 Thanksgiving, vous devriez peut-\u00eatre resserrer votre r\u00e9gime et manger avant d'\u00eatre affam\u00e9 comme Marvin.<\/p>\n<p>L'essentiel est d'\u00eatre coh\u00e9rent.  Mangez \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s aux m\u00eames heures chaque jour.  Ayez un plan et respectez-le.  La plupart de mes clients mangent quatre fois par jour, mais certains mangent plus et d'autres moins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exemple de journ\u00e9e de ravitaillement (le nom du client n'est pas divulgu\u00e9 pour des raisons de confidentialit\u00e9)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7h R\u00e9veil. Boire 0,5 L d'eau\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7h30 Train selon l'horaire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>9 heures : boisson prot\u00e9in\u00e9e et myrtilles ou pomme.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>12-13h : Poitrine de poulet ou saumon ou crevettes avec une grande salade verte \u00e0 l'huile d'olive extra vierge et au citron.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3-4h : R\u00e9p\u00e9ter le shake prot\u00e9in\u00e9 ou le d\u00e9jeuner.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>19h-20h : Saumon sauvage, pur\u00e9e de patates douces, asperges, assaisonnement.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comme vous pouvez le constater, il n'y a rien d'extravagant. C'est simple.  Il faut planifier \u00e0 l'avance.  Si vous commencez votre journ\u00e9e sans plan, vous \u00eates vou\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9chec.  Vous n'avez pas besoin d'\u00eatre parfait, mais vous devez \u00eatre coh\u00e9rent.  Mangez \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e0 la m\u00eame heure chaque jour et vous verrez que non seulement vous gagnerez du temps, mais que vous aurez une \u00e9nergie beaucoup plus constante tout au long de la journ\u00e9e.
