Ils n'\u00e9taient pas int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par les moindres d\u00e9tails ; ils voulaient seulement un plan simple qui fonctionne vraiment.<\/p>\n<p>Boum !  Le voil\u00e0...<\/p>\n<h3>8 actions quotidiennes qui transforment votre esprit, votre corps et vos performances<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Hydratation : Buvez chaque jour la moiti\u00e9 de votre poids en onces d'eau.<\/li>\n<li>Mangez les aliments les plus proches de leur source naturelle.  \u00c9vitez la plupart du temps les aliments transform\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Mangez un \"repas de r\u00e9sultats\" (repas \u00e9quilibr\u00e9) avant d'\u00eatre \"affam\u00e9\". Planifiez vos heures de repas et respectez-les.<\/li>\n<li>Tenez un journal alimentaire quotidien.  Une \u00e9tude a montr\u00e9 une augmentation de 64% des r\u00e9sultats.  La connaissance de soi est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour am\u00e9liorer quoi que ce soit dans votre vie.  On ne sait pas ce que l'on ne sait pas.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez votre corps au d\u00e9fi avec des poids et du cardio.
