Une fois que vous avez perdu votre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 vous accroupir, la vie est un d\u00e9clin lent et tortueux.  Cela semble dur, mais je l'ai malheureusement vu de mes propres yeux. Mon intention en partageant cet article est, je l'esp\u00e8re, de vous inspirer \u00e0 faire du squat votre truc afin que vous soyez fort et vital pour les d\u00e9cennies \u00e0 venir !<\/p>\n<p>Tout d'abord, je pense que chaque \u00eatre humain devrait \u00eatre capable de s'accroupir jusqu'en bas et jusqu'en haut sans aucune r\u00e9sistance suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Mais qu'en est-il lorsque vous ajoutez du poids ?<\/p>\n<p>Chaque personne \u00e9tant diff\u00e9rente, je ne peux pas vous dire ce qui vous convient le mieux sans vous avoir vu.  Cependant, mon objectif est de vous donner un aper\u00e7u afin que vous puissiez faire vos propres choix.<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude de 2019 a compar\u00e9 la diff\u00e9rence entre deux groupes.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier groupe a effectu\u00e9 des squats sur toute l'amplitude du mouvement. C'est-\u00e0-dire des hanches aux talons.<strong> \"jusqu'au bout\"<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'autre groupe a limit\u00e9 l'amplitude des mouvements \u00e0 la cuisse (f\u00e9mur) parall\u00e8le au sol.<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont effectu\u00e9 des mesures pour d\u00e9terminer quels groupes musculaires avaient augment\u00e9 de volume.<\/p>\n<h4>Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus dans le groupe \u00e0 amplitude de mouvement limit\u00e9e concernaient principalement les quadriceps (avant de la cuisse), tandis que dans le groupe \u00e0 amplitude de mouvement compl\u00e8te, les r\u00e9sultats \u00e9taient significatifs au niveau des quadriceps, des adducteurs (int\u00e9rieur de la cuisse) et du grand fessier. Si vous ne pouvez pas faire un exercice, fixez-vous comme objectif de pouvoir l'ex\u00e9cuter sans douleur.  Ne vous contentez pas de contourner les blessures, gu\u00e9rissez-les avec patience et pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance.
