Plus \u00e9tonnant encore, 42% admettent avoir abandonn\u00e9 au cours du premier mois !<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Les objectifs fonctionnent-ils ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La psychologue Gail Matthews a men\u00e9 une \u00e9tude en 2015 qui a montr\u00e9 que lorsque les gens \u00e9crivent leurs objectifs, ils ont 33% plus de succ\u00e8s que ceux qui se contentent de cr\u00e9er des objectifs dans leur t\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>En 2006, les chercheurs Locke et Lathan ont \u00e9tabli un lien entre la fixation d'objectifs et l'augmentation de la motivation, de l'estime de soi et de la confiance en soi.<\/p>\n<p>Mais avons-nous vraiment besoin d'\u00e9tudes pour nous prouver que la fixation d'objectifs est efficace ?<\/p>\n<p>Quelqu'un est-il devenu par hasard le meilleur athl\u00e8te de la plan\u00e8te ?<\/p>\n<p>Quelqu'un s'est-il d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9veill\u00e9 en se disant : \"Wow, je suis dans la meilleure forme de ma vie ! Mes clients ont tendance \u00e0 avoir beaucoup de succ\u00e8s dans certains domaines de leur vie.  Cependant, la plupart du temps, ils ne savent pas exactement ce qu'ils veulent accomplir en mati\u00e8re d'entra\u00eenement et de nutrition.<\/p>\n<h4>Sans une vision claire et convaincante de ce que vous souhaitez devenir, l'\u00e9chec est imminent.<\/h4>\n<p>Voici pourquoi...<\/p>\n<p>Il n'est pas facile d'obtenir son meilleur corps de tous les temps et de poss\u00e9der une \u00e9nergie inlassable pour \u00eatre au mieux de sa forme et donner le meilleur de soi-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>Et c'est pratiquement impossible sans une vision claire et convaincante de votre futur moi.<\/p>\n<p>Sans ce but ultime, vous n'avez pas la force d'\u00e2me et l'intention de poursuivre dans les moments difficiles.<\/p>\n<p>Arm\u00e9 d'une vision claire et convaincante, vous avez un but plus important !  Cet objectif vous propulse lorsque des d\u00e9fis se pr\u00e9sentent.<\/p>\n<p>Je n'insisterai jamais assez sur ce point.  Vous devez absolument prendre le temps de cr\u00e9er mentalement le nouveau vous.<\/p>\n<p>Toute cr\u00e9ation commence par une pens\u00e9e.  Avec suffisamment d'\u00e9motion et de r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, une croyance se forme.<\/p>\n<p>Pour de nombreuses personnes, c'est l\u00e0 que tout s'arr\u00eate.  La croyance est tout. Les croyances sont les r\u00e8gles qui r\u00e9gissent notre vie.  Souvent, nous ignorons totalement ce qui nous pousse \u00e0 faire ce que nous faisons et pourquoi nous ne faisons pas d'autres choses.<\/p>\n<h4>Si vous voulez \u00eatre victorieux, vous devez poss\u00e9der trois convictions fondamentales.<\/h4>\n<h4>\"Je peux le faire.  Je vais le faire.  Et cela en vaut la peine parce que........\" :<\/h4>\n<p>Je pourrais prendre la tangente et commencer \u00e0 enseigner toutes sortes de d\u00e9tails, mais cela ne vous servirait \u00e0 rien.<\/p>\n<p>Au lieu de cela, c'est \u00e0 vous de jouer.<\/p>\n<h4>Ce que vous ferez ensuite d\u00e9terminera le type de personne que vous \u00eates et le type de personne que vous deviendrez \u00e0 l'avenir.<\/h4>\n<p>\u00cates-vous le type de personne qui cherche des excuses ou le type de personne qui agit ?<\/p>\n<p>\u00cates-vous le type d'\u00eatre humain qui ignore les choses importantes ou \u00eates-vous le type d'\u00eatre humain qui fait ce qui est important m\u00eame quand ce n'est pas facile ?<\/p>\n<p>Est-ce la peur et le doute qui vous guident ou la foi et le courage ?<\/p>\n<h4>D\u00e8s maintenant, \u00e9crivez la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces questions.<\/h4>\n<p>1. Si je pouvais faire n'importe quoi avec mon corps, \u00e0 quoi voudrais-je ressembler ?  \u00c0 quoi voudrais-je que mon corps ressemble ? Que voudrais-je que mon corps soit capable de faire (courir une certaine distance, soulever un certain poids, toucher ses orteils, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>2.  Imaginez un instant que vous y \u00eates d\u00e9j\u00e0.  D\u00e9crivez maintenant ce que vous ressentez.  \u00c0 quoi ressemblerait votre vie si vous viviez d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans ce corps sain, vibrant, \u00e9nergique et fort qui vous sert si bien ?<\/p>\n<p>3.
