Puis j'ai dit : \"Trouvons une solution.\"<\/p>\n<p>J'ai commenc\u00e9 par les composants de son milk-shake.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Probl\u00e8me #1 identifi\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'utiliser une autre prot\u00e9ine en poudre parce qu'elle \u00e9tait moins ch\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>BB3 R\u00e8gle post-entra\u00eenement #1 :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ne changez pas les ingr\u00e9dients. La bonne qualit\u00e9 et la bonne quantit\u00e9 font la diff\u00e9rence entre un corps cisel\u00e9 et un corps gazeux.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, j'ai observ\u00e9 l'une de ses s\u00e9ances d'entra\u00eenement :<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Probl\u00e8me #2 identifi\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ce type entra\u00eenait sa m\u00e2choire plus que n'importe quel autre muscle et lorsqu'il soulevait un poids, il parlait encore pendant son set !<\/p>\n<h3><strong>BB3 R\u00e8gle post-entra\u00eenement #2 :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Comme je l'ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit \u00e0 maintes reprises, si vous parlez pendant que vous vous entra\u00eenez, vous ne vous entra\u00eenez pas... vous parlez. Le corps doit \u00eatre mis \u00e0 l'\u00e9preuve, sinon il ne changera pas.<\/p>\n<p>J'ai ensuite demand\u00e9 combien de temps apr\u00e8s sa s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement il buvait son shake.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Probl\u00e8me #3 identifi\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il a dit qu'il rentrait de la salle de sport, soit 30 minutes plus tard. Cela n'incluait pas le temps qu'il passait \u00e0 parler apr\u00e8s chaque s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>BB3 R\u00e8gle post-entra\u00eenement #3 :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Buvez la boisson dans les 5 minutes qui suivent la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de la derni\u00e8re s\u00e9rie. Si vous avez encore besoin de vous \u00e9tirer ou d'effectuer une autre activit\u00e9 d'entra\u00eenement sans r\u00e9sistance, faites-le apr\u00e8s avoir bu le shake. Voil\u00e0 ce qu'il faut faire.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La r\u00e9action du corps apr\u00e8s l'entra\u00eenement<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Au cours d'une session de formation difficile, plusieurs actions se produisent :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Le corps utilise les nutriments dans des proportions bien plus importantes qu'au repos. La majeure partie du carburant utilis\u00e9 pendant l'entra\u00eenement provient d'un hydrate de carbone stock\u00e9 dans les muscles, appel\u00e9 glycog\u00e8ne. Un faible taux de glycog\u00e8ne entra\u00eene une perte musculaire. Il faut donc restaurer le glycog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>L'entra\u00eenement cr\u00e9e des d\u00e9chirures microscopiques dans le tissu musculaire, appel\u00e9es microtraumatismes. Tous les tissus du corps humain sont constitu\u00e9s d'acides amin\u00e9s. (Collez un tas d'acides amin\u00e9s ensemble et vous obtenez de la PROT\u00c9INE). Il est donc essentiel d'ing\u00e9rer des prot\u00e9ines apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement.<\/li>\n<li>Le taux de cortisol augmente r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pendant la s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement et apr\u00e8s l'entra\u00eenement. Le cortisol est une hormone qui d\u00e9clenche divers processus biochimiques dans l'organisme. Certains d'entre eux sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la performance physique, d'autres non.
