Chris est un m\u00e9lange rare de scientifique et d'artiste. Il n'y a personne de mieux pour cr\u00e9er de d\u00e9licieux repas ax\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9sultats. Ces cr\u00eapes sont pleines de prot\u00e9ines et de bons glucides (Fuel Meal). Ils sont parfaits lorsque vous \u00eates en d\u00e9placement. Vous pouvez les r\u00e9chauffer ou les manger froides. Ils sont d\u00e9licieux dans les deux cas !<\/p>\n<p>Je les mange g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre deux clients ou si je suis \u00e0 un s\u00e9minaire, j'opte pour ces produits plut\u00f4t que pour une barre ou un milk-shake.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lorsqu'il s'agit de br\u00fbler des graisses, de d\u00e9velopper des muscles et d'avoir de l'\u00e9nergie, l'ALIMENTATION R\u00c9ELLE REGNE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Cr\u00eapes aux myrtilles rapides et faciles<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tasse de flocons d'avoine (je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les flocons d'avoine sans gluten)<\/li>\n<li>3 blancs d'\u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tasse de fromage blanc all\u00e9g\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d'extrait de cannelle<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d'extrait de vanille<\/li>\n<li>20 myrtilles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>M\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients, \u00e0 l'exception des myrtilles, dans un mixeur jusqu'\u00e0 l'obtention d'un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les myrtilles et les m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive de taille moyenne \u00e0 feu moyen.  Vaporiser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de spray de cuisson antiadh\u00e9sif.<\/li>\n<li>Verser 1\/4 de la p\u00e2te dans la po\u00eale jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elle soit suffisamment solide pour \u00eatre retourn\u00e9e.
