Lauderdale, en Floride.<\/p>\n<p>Aller \u00e0 la plage :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Je respire profond\u00e9ment et je visualise ce que je veux atteindre.<\/li>\n<li>Fixez un objectif d'entra\u00eenement. Par exemple, terminer Gauntlet en 25 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9chauffement avec une course de 1 mile. Commencer lentement et augmenter progressivement la vitesse.<\/li>\n<li>La GAUCHE<\/li>\n<li>Choisissez QUATRE exercices : Un mouvement du bas du corps (squats, split squats, jump squats, walking lunges), un mouvement de pouss\u00e9e (dips ou push-ups), un mouvement de traction (Chins, Pull-ups, Inverted Rows) et un mouvement abdominal (Hanging Leg Rises, Jack Knives, Crunches).<\/li>\n<li>Commencez par effectuer 10 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions de chaque mouvement en circuit.  Le repos entre les mouvements doit \u00eatre aussi bref que possible.<\/li>\n<li>Effectuez ensuite 9 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions de chaque mouvement.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenant 8 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions<\/li>\n<li>SEPT !<\/li>\n<li>Tu vois un mod\u00e8le se dessiner ici, Einstein ?<\/li>\n<li>Vous avez r\u00e9ussi ! Descendez jusqu'\u00e0 1 REP par mouvement.<\/li>\n<li>Puis remontez la montagne.  Jusqu'\u00e0 10 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions.  Donnez-vous \u00e0 fond.  Vous avez le reste de votre vie pour vous reposer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Imaginez les r\u00e9compenses auxquelles vous aspirez lorsque vous vous attaquez au Gantelet.  Concentrez-vous sur ce que vous voulez.<\/p>\n<p>Quoi qu'il en soit, ne vous focalisez pas sur la douleur ou l'inconfort.  La douleur est un indicateur du changement \u00e0 venir.  Accueillez-la.<\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, il existe diff\u00e9rents types de douleurs - bonnes et mauvaises.
