Le m\u00e9tabolisme se met en \u00e9tat de privation, ce qui entra\u00eene des fluctuations du taux de sucre dans le sang. Des recherches men\u00e9es par l'universit\u00e9 d'\u00c9tat de Floride ont \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 que le fait de sauter des repas entra\u00eene une mauvaise prise de d\u00e9cision et un manque de ma\u00eetrise de soi. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, ne sautez pas de repas si vous ne voulez pas stocker de la graisse !
