Ce n'est pas n\u00e9cessairement une mauvaise option, mais il est toujours pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de s'en tenir \u00e0 des aliments plus proches de leur source naturelle ! Dans l'article de la semaine prochaine, je partagerai avec vous les 5 meilleures barres prot\u00e9in\u00e9es du march\u00e9 et les endroits o\u00f9 vous pouvez les trouver. <em>Top 5 des en-cas les plus sains<\/em> qui sont MEILLEURES que les barres prot\u00e9in\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">20 amandes crues et 1 pomme<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Yogourt grec nature et 1 tasse de bleuets biologiques<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1\/2 avocat et 2 \u0153ufs sans cage avec sauce piquante<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Muffins virils (voir recette ci-dessous)<\/li>\n<li>Power Shake au chocolat et \u00e0 la menthe (voir recette ci-dessous)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Muffins virils<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u0153uf entier (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence certifi\u00e9 biologique)<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de blancs d'\u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de compote de pommes naturelle<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de flocons d'avoine rapides<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re de poudre de prot\u00e9ines Formula 1 \u00e0 la vanille<\/li>\n<li>2-3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cannelle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions :<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un grand bol jusqu'\u00e0 obtention d'une p\u00e2te \u00e9paisse. Elle doit \u00eatre brun fonc\u00e9. Si ce n'est pas le cas, ajoutez un peu de cannelle jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous obteniez cette couleur.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 degr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Vaporiser des moules \u00e0 muffins en aluminium avec du spray de cuisson ou de l'huile de coco.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuite, r\u00e9partir la p\u00e2te dans les moules en veillant \u00e0 les remplir jusqu'en haut.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire au four pendant 25 \u00e0 30 minutes. Les fours varient.
