Apparemment, c'\u00e9tait le secret de sa perte de poids, du moins c'est ce que tout le monde voulait croire. C'est aussi simple que cela : manger ce que l'on veut toute la journ\u00e9e et s'arr\u00eater \u00e0 20 heures. Pas vraiment.<\/p>\n<p>Pour obtenir la r\u00e9ponse, examinons quelques donn\u00e9es scientifiques.<\/p>\n<p>Selon une recherche publi\u00e9e dans le journal, <em><strong>Recherche sur l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9<\/strong><\/em>Les scientifiques de l'Oregon National Primate Research Center de l'Oregon Health &amp; Science University pensent avoir contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 dissiper le mythe selon lequel manger tard le soir entra\u00eene une prise de poids.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Nous avons tous entendu dire, \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 de notre vie, qu'il fallait \u00e9viter de prendre des repas tard le soir, car cela entra\u00eenerait une prise de poids.
