Alors, comme le grand intello que je suis, je suis all\u00e9 \u00e0 la librairie Borders et je me suis plong\u00e9 dans la section des livres sur les r\u00e9gimes. En l'espace de quelques mois, j'ai lu 68 livres de r\u00e9gime diff\u00e9rents. Tout ce que cela a fait, c'est de m'embrouiller encore plus. LOL ! \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n<p><em>C'est alors que j'ai eu une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation.<\/em> Je me suis rendu compte que lorsque je voulais prendre du muscle, je mangeais diff\u00e9remment et je m'entra\u00eenais diff\u00e9remment pour obtenir ce r\u00e9sultat. Lorsque j'ai chang\u00e9 d'objectif pour br\u00fbler des graisses et me muscler, j'ai \u00e0 nouveau modifi\u00e9 ma fa\u00e7on de manger et de m'entra\u00eener. La r\u00e9v\u00e9lation a \u00e9t\u00e9 la suivante : lorsque l'objectif change, le plan change aussi. L'objectif et le plan doivent \u00eatre align\u00e9s. Cette strat\u00e9gie simple est souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9e. C'est ce que j'appelle le CYCLAGE NUTRITIONNEL. Elle \u00e9limine la confusion cr\u00e9\u00e9e par la plupart des r\u00e9gimes et rend l'exp\u00e9rience alimentaire beaucoup plus agr\u00e9able et durable.
