Il s'agit d'un sel marin non raffin\u00e9 et non blanchi, r\u00e9colt\u00e9 au large des c\u00f4tes fran\u00e7aises et riche en oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments. Il est un peu plus cher que le sel de table ordinaire, mais un peu suffit et les bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9 sont bien sup\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sauce au curry Rendement : <\/strong>Environ 1 tasse<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse d'oignon jaune, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d'ail \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de gingembre \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de curry en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 faible teneur en sodium<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de \u00bd et \u00bd litre d'huile sans mati\u00e8re grasse<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre l\u00e9ger smart balance<\/li>\n<li>3 sachets de stevia \/ splenda<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d'oignon vert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Poulet :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 onces de blanc de poulet, sans la graisse ni la peau<\/li>\n<li>sel selon le go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<li>poivre noir moulu (selon le go\u00fbt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Riz brun :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tasse de riz brun<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bc tasse d'eau<\/li>\n<li>sel selon le go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>M\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Assaisonner le poulet avec du sel et du poivre. Griller le poulet jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il soit bien cuit. Hacher et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une casserole, faire chauffer le riz brun et l'eau jusqu'\u00e0 \u00e9bullition. R\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature et couvrir le riz. Laissez cuire pendant 30 \u00e0 45 minutes jusqu'\u00e0 ce que tout le liquide soit absorb\u00e9. Retirez le riz du feu et laissez-le reposer \u00e0 couvert pendant 5 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/li>\n<li>Vaporiser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement une autre casserole avec de l'huile d'olive. Faire sauter l'oignon, l'ail et le gingembre \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient tendres.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la poudre de curry et cuire pendant 2 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elle soit parfum\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs. Faire cuire le liquide jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il commence \u00e0 mijoter et \u00e0 \u00e9paissir.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer le reste des ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre \u00be tasse de riz dans une assiette. M\u00e9langer le poulet avec \u00bc de tasse de sauce au curry.
