Saupoudrer de la farine de ma\u00efs sur la plaque (une palette en bois qui fait glisser la pizza dans le four) et placer la p\u00e2te sur le dessus.<\/li>\n<li>Faire chauffer une sauteuse \u00e0 feu vif. Vaporiser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la sauteuse avec un spray antiadh\u00e9sif sans mati\u00e8re grasse. Assaisonner le blanc de poulet avec du sel et du poivre. Saisir le blanc de poulet des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s dans la sauteuse. D\u00e9coupez le poulet en fines lamelles. (Ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas, le milieu ne sera pas encore assez cuit. Il finira de cuire sur la pizza).<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9taler uniform\u00e9ment la sauce barbecue sur la p\u00e2te. Ajouter l'oignon et le poulet sur le dessus et glisser la pizza sur la pierre \u00e0 pizza dans le four. Cuire pendant 9 \u00e0 11 minutes jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la cro\u00fbte soit croustillante.
