N'oubliez pas que j'entra\u00eene certains des athl\u00e8tes les plus conditionn\u00e9s de la plan\u00e8te, alors ne vous attendez pas \u00e0 ce type de r\u00e9sultats si vous n'\u00eates pas habitu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce type d'entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Commencez par 20 pompes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuite, effectuez imm\u00e9diatement 24 foul\u00e9es (12 par jambe) de fentes de marche.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuite, faites 20 pompes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenant, marchez, joggez ou courez jusqu'au point de d\u00e9part.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l'op\u00e9ration jusqu'\u00e0 ce que 20 minutes se soient \u00e9coul\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si vous n'avez pas fait d'exercice depuis longtemps, je commence par 4 minutes et j'ajoute 2 minutes chaque semaine jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous atteigniez 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Kick Butt,<\/p>\n<p>Billy Beck III<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pas de poids, pas de gymnase, pas de probl\u00e8me !
