Jusqu'\u00e0 cette \u00e9poque, je me concentrais principalement sur l'ex\u00e9cution d'une seule s\u00e9rie jusqu'\u00e0 ce que je ne puisse plus la tenir, puis je me reposais.  Une fois r\u00e9tabli (60 \u00e0 180 secondes), je recommen\u00e7ais jusqu'\u00e0 ce que j'aie termin\u00e9 le nombre de s\u00e9ries pr\u00e9vu.  Cette tactique \u00e9tait efficace, mais je savais que si je me sentais \u00e0 l'aise avec mon plan d'entra\u00eenement, mon corps le serait aussi.  J'ai donc cherch\u00e9 un autre plan d'attaque.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>TRIPLE GOUTTES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser cette technique de ciselage du corps tr\u00e8s efficace, choisissez n'importe quel exercice :<\/p>\n<p>Prenons l'exemple des boucles d'halt\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Prenez un jeu d'halt\u00e8res qui deviendra un d\u00e9fi \u00e0 partir de 10-12 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, prenez imm\u00e9diatement un poids plus l\u00e9ger et faites-en 10 \u00e0 12 de plus.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, choisissez \u00e0 nouveau un poids encore plus l\u00e9ger et faites autant de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions que possible.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque mes clients voyagent ou sont press\u00e9s par le temps, j'incorpore souvent une routine de triple chute pour obtenir le plus de travail possible en un minimum de temps. J'aime utiliser FREE MOTION ou d'autres appareils \u00e0 s\u00e9lection. La raison principale est qu'il suffit de tirer sur une goupille pour changer le poids en temps voulu.
