{"id":2192,"date":"2005-11-12T14:47:00","date_gmt":"2005-11-12T18:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/wordpress\/physical-training\/how-to-burn-fat-part-1"},"modified":"2017-09-19T15:29:51","modified_gmt":"2017-09-19T19:29:51","slug":"comment-bruler-les-graisses-partie-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/billybeck.com\/fr\/physical-training\/how-to-burn-fat-part-1","title":{"rendered":"Comment br\u00fbler les graisses - Partie 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Imaginons que vous soyez assis dans un restaurant \u00e0 vous occuper de vos affaires et qu'au moment o\u00f9 vous vous appr\u00eatez \u00e0 boire une gorg\u00e9e de votre boisson glac\u00e9e, un type s'approche de vous et commence \u00e0 vous tripoter l'oreille.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\">Que feriez-vous ? <\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Passer \u00e0 une autre table.<\/li>\n<li>Demandez-lui d'arr\u00eater.<\/li>\n<li>Donnez-lui une s\u00e9v\u00e8re racl\u00e9e !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous feriez n'importe quoi pour arr\u00eater ce parasite irritant.<\/p>\n<p>C'est un exemple du fonctionnement de notre corps.  Il s'agit d'un principe appel\u00e9<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>\"Irritation et adaptation<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Notre corps est toujours \u00e0 la recherche de l'hom\u00e9ostasie, un \u00e9tat de confort.  Lorsque le corps est irrit\u00e9, il change ou s'adapte, consciemment ou inconsciemment, pour \u00e9liminer l'irritation.<\/p>\n<p>Nous recherchons le confort (le plaisir) et \u00e9vitons la douleur.<\/p>\n<p>Le corps humain est \u00e9tonnant, en ce sens qu'il s'adapte \u00e0 toute contrainte qui lui est impos\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re constante. La premi\u00e8re fois que vous avez soulev\u00e9 des halt\u00e8res de 20 livres, il vous a probablement \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile de les soulever dix fois. Vous avez vraiment d\u00fb lutter, vous tortiller et vous d\u00e9battre pour faire les derni\u00e8res r\u00e9p\u00e9titions. Finalement, elles sont devenues plus faciles et vous avez pu soulever des halt\u00e8res de vingt-cinq livres.  Le corps a \u00e9t\u00e9 irrit\u00e9 et s'est adapt\u00e9 en devenant plus fort.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous continuez \u00e0 soulever des poids de 20 livres, vous ne stimulez pas (n'irritez pas) le muscle. C'est alors que survient le \"plateau\"... les progr\u00e8s se heurtent \u00e0 un mur.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>La seule fa\u00e7on d'assurer un progr\u00e8s continu est de <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CHALLENGE du corps <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>au-del\u00e0 de ce qui est confortable.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Posez-vous la question suivante : \"Puis-je en faire un de plus ?\"<\/p>\n<p>Si la r\u00e9ponse est \"oui\", vous savez ce qu'il vous reste \u00e0 faire.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>LE CONFORT TUE !<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>P.S.
