Assurez-vous d'\u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9 et capable de le faire. Commencez par une s\u00e9rie, gardez la forme, reposez-vous un peu plus longtemps si n\u00e9cessaire et progressez graduellement. Ce sont les petits pas dans la bonne direction qui cr\u00e9ent la grandeur. Efforcez-vous de progresser.<\/p>\n<p>L'erreur la plus fr\u00e9quente est que la plupart des gens pensent qu'ils ont besoin d'un s\u00e9rieux coup de pied au cul pour obtenir le look qu'ils souhaitent.
