Recomiendo usar la salsa hoisin de la marca Whole Foods 365 porque es la m\u00e1s baja en az\u00facar con la m\u00e1xima cantidad de sabor. Si no encuentras fideos soba de espelta, puedes sustituirlos por fideos de trigo sarraceno.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u00bd onzas de fideos soba de espelta, sin cocer<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc taza de cebolla roja en rodajas<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc taza de pimiento rojo en rodajas<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de aceite de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd taza de col napa, rallada<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00bd onzas de gambas al vapor, sin caparaz\u00f3n ni cola<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de vinagre de vino de arroz<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de salsa hoisin, marca 365 Whole Foods<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de cacahuetes picados<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de semillas de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de cilantro fresco picado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>M\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Pon una olla con agua a hervir. Introduce los fideos soba en el agua y sigue el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n indicado en el paquete. Cuando los fideos est\u00e9n hechos, esc\u00farrelos y p\u00e1salos por agua fr\u00eda para detener la cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Caliente una sart\u00e9n antiadherente rociada con aceite en aerosol sin grasa y sofr\u00eda la cebolla roja y el pimiento hasta que se ablanden.
