{"id":67,"date":"2007-09-24T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2007-09-24T04:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/\/wordpress\/physical-training\/champion-training-principle-ii"},"modified":"2017-09-20T11:55:19","modified_gmt":"2017-09-20T15:55:19","slug":"principio-de-la-formacion-de-campeones-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/billybeck.com\/es\/physical-training\/champion-training-principle-ii","title":{"rendered":"CHAMPION Principio de formaci\u00f3n II"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Entra en cualquier gimnasio del mundo y observa a la gente que entrena (o no entrena).<\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de la gente hace una serie, se levanta, va a la fuente, entabla una conversaci\u00f3n sin sentido y, cuando le apetece, hace la siguiente serie.<\/p>\n<p>Si est\u00e1s en el gimnasio simplemente para hacer amigos y charlar, entonces este puede ser un enfoque eficaz. Sin embargo, si buscas optimizar tu composici\u00f3n corporal o alcanzar el estatus de campe\u00f3n, entonces prestar atenci\u00f3n a tus intervalos de descanso acelerar\u00e1 tu p\u00e9rdida de grasa, ganancia muscular y fuerza.<\/p>\n<p>Para repasar r\u00e1pidamente el \u00faltimo bolet\u00edn sobre el Principio KING T.U.T., un TUT espec\u00edfico produce un resultado espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho de otro modo, la duraci\u00f3n del trabajo de un m\u00fasculo durante una serie produce un resultado espec\u00edfico. Esto tambi\u00e9n se aplica a los intervalos de descanso.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Los intervalos de descanso espec\u00edficos producen un resultado espec\u00edfico.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En el nivel avanzado, utilizo una f\u00f3rmula que combina el TUT con los intervalos de descanso, denominada WORK: RELACI\u00d3N DE DESCANSO.  Aqu\u00ed simplificar\u00e9 la f\u00f3rmula y expondr\u00e9 algunas pautas que proporcionar\u00e1n el marco para un plan de entrenamiento eficaz, de modo que puedas empezar a aplicarla de inmediato.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Para mejorar la composici\u00f3n corporal, los intervalos de descanso de 30 a 120 segundos producen el mayor cambio f\u00edsico.<\/li>\n<li>Los intervalos de descanso de 30-60 segundos junto con un mayor volumen (series totales de 20-32, intervalos de repeticiones de 10-20) aumentan los niveles de hormona del crecimiento. Se trata de un protocolo eficaz para acelerar la p\u00e9rdida de grasa.<\/li>\n<li>Los intervalos de descanso m\u00e1s largos (60-120 segundos) con rangos de repeticiones m\u00e1s bajos (6-12) elevan los niveles de testosterona m\u00e1s que los de GH. Este tipo de plan es eficaz para a\u00f1adir masa muscular magra.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Prueba este plan de 4 semanas:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Semana 1:<\/strong> Descanse 60 segundos entre series (mantenga las repeticiones entre 12 - 15, tempo 202)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Semana 2:<\/strong> Descansa 45 segundos (Repeticiones 12 - 15, tempo 211)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Semana 3:<\/strong> Descansa 30 segundos (Repeticiones 10 - 12, 401)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Semana 4:<\/strong> Descanso 120 segundos (repetici\u00f3n 6 - 8, 401)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Durante tu entrenamiento no elijas ejercicios dulces como kickbacks de tr\u00edceps o extensiones de rodilla. Si bien pueden tener su lugar a veces, me parece que demasiadas personas evitan los ejercicios BIG BANG como sentadillas, sentadillas divididas, prensas DB, Pull-ups, filas, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Los movimientos b\u00e1sicos son mucho m\u00e1s eficaces para provocar cambios f\u00edsicos por dos razones:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Activan m\u00e1s fibras musculares<\/li>\n<li>Inician la liberaci\u00f3n de hormonas que indican al cuerpo que queme grasa y desarrolle m\u00fasculo (testosterona, GH, IGF-1).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Una \u00faltima cosa, puse a mi asistente en mi plan m\u00e1s efectivo de construcci\u00f3n muscular. As\u00ed que entro en mi gimnasio y lo veo entrenando. R\u00e1pidamente me doy cuenta de que est\u00e1 hablando entre series y no hay cron\u00f3metro a la vista. As\u00ed que le pregunto severamente: \"Johan, \u00bfest\u00e1s cronometrando tus descansos?\".<br \/>\nDice que s\u00ed y escucha esto. Afirma que puede saber la hora por la m\u00fasica que suena.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed... mi asistente cree que es Dick Clark. Moraleja de la historia ... obtener un STOPWATCH. No adivine. No utilice el sol para medir los intervalos de descanso y definitivamente no utilice la m\u00fasica.
