En pocas palabras, si no lo usas, lo pierdes. Para estimular (irritar) el tejido muscular, hay que oponerle resistencia.<\/li>\n<li>Los m\u00fasculos aceleran el metabolismo. Por cada kilo de m\u00fasculo que tengas en el cuerpo, quemar\u00e1s unas 50 calor\u00edas al d\u00eda sin hacer nada.<\/li>\n<li>El m\u00fasculo es donde se quema la grasa. Cada uno de nosotros nace con un cierto n\u00famero de c\u00e9lulas grasas que siempre tendremos. Sin embargo, el factor determinante de nuestra salud y apariencia es si las c\u00e9lulas grasas est\u00e1n llenas o vac\u00edas. Para liberar el contenido de la c\u00e9lula grasa, \u00e9sta debe ser transportada al interior de la c\u00e9lula muscular, concretamente a la mitocondria. Este org\u00e1nulo estimular\u00e1 la liberaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos grasos en el torrente sangu\u00edneo para ser utilizados como combustible. En otras palabras, los m\u00fasculos act\u00faan como el horno donde se quema la grasa en el cuerpo humano. Si pierdes m\u00fasculo est\u00e1s da\u00f1ando tu metabolismo. Bueno, en mi centro pasaron de estar recubiertas de goma a ser de acero. Me dej\u00f3 literalmente alucinada, teniendo en cuenta que sus hijos, diablos, \u00a1incluso sus bolsos pesaban m\u00e1s de quince libras!<\/p>\n<p>Cuando se trata de levantar pesas y hacer m\u00fasculo, las mujeres suelen tener un miedo atroz a parecerse a Arnold Schwarzenegger. Sin embargo, no hay por qu\u00e9 preocuparse. Las mujeres tienen niveles de andr\u00f3genos entre 8 y 10 veces m\u00e1s bajos que los hombres.
