As\u00ed que decid\u00ed convertirme en entrenadora personal y a los 18 a\u00f1os ya estaba certificada y ah\u00ed empez\u00f3 mi viaje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Billy:<\/strong> \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el mayor error que cometen los clientes que intentan perder grasa?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michelle:<\/strong> Yo dir\u00eda que la mayor\u00eda de las veces la gente<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No comer lo suficiente<\/li>\n<li>Ejercicio excesivo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por no comer lo suficiente me refiero a no comer suficientes veces al d\u00eda, lo que ralentiza el metabolismo, y a no comer suficientes cantidades de alimentos limpios. La mayor\u00eda de la gente que intenta perder peso come dos veces al d\u00eda y s\u00f3lo ensaladas. Lo que acaba ocurriendo, es que no s\u00f3lo ralentizan el metabolismo, sino que se dan un atrac\u00f3n al final del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Por exceso de ejercicio me refiero a CARDIO. La gente piensa que necesita hacer una tonelada de cardio para perder peso antes de empezar un programa de entrenamiento de resistencia. La gente no es consciente de los inmensos beneficios que un programa de entrenamiento de resistencia tiene en la p\u00e9rdida de grasa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Billy:<\/strong> Para ser un gran entrenador como usted, \u00bfcu\u00e1les cree que son las claves del \u00e9xito?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michelle:\u00a0<\/strong>En cuanto al \u00e9xito como entrenador:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formaci\u00f3n continua<\/li>\n<li>Rodearme de gente positiva, inteligente y con \u00e9xito (como todos los formadores de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bb3trainingcenter.com\">BB3<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Pasi\u00f3n por lo que hago<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En cuanto al \u00e9xito con los clientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Me gusta centrarme en las 165 horas a la semana que mis clientes no est\u00e1n conmigo. Durante las 3 horas que entrenan conmigo me aseguro de que mi educaci\u00f3n continua me permite hacer grandes programas que hacen que la gente gane m\u00fasculo, pierda grasa, est\u00e9 libre de dolor mientras se divierten. Pero hay muchas m\u00e1s horas en las que no est\u00e1n conmigo y mi objetivo es inspirarles y ense\u00f1arles a controlar su nutrici\u00f3n durante esas horas. Si disfrutas de toda la experiencia de comer y te sientes satisfecho, tiendes a darte menos atracones. Si la comida tiene buen aspecto y sabe bien, no hay necesidad de \"chatarra\" ni de las calor\u00edas extra de las \"raciones extra\" porque no quedaste satisfecho con tu \"comida aburrida\".<\/p>\n<p>Y si te tomas el tiempo de planificar y prepararte para la semana, es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil comer limpio.  No s\u00f3lo lo disfrutas m\u00e1s, sino que adem\u00e1s ahorras tiempo, energ\u00eda y frustraci\u00f3n. No podr\u00eda imaginarme tener que pensar cada d\u00eda qu\u00e9 voy a comer y qu\u00e9 voy a cocinar y si tengo todos los ingredientes, y tener que ir al supermercado todos los d\u00edas. Todo lo que se necesita es un COMPROMISO para planificar y preparar.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Mi SECRETO es:\u00a0<strong><em>PLANIFICAR Y PREPARAR DE FORMA RECURRENTE.<\/em><\/strong> Fija un d\u00eda y una hora a la semana para planificar el men\u00fa y hacer la compra.<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Billy:<\/strong> \u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu consejo para quien quiera conseguir un vientre delgado o unos abdominales marcados? \u00bfQu\u00e9 se necesita para conseguirlo?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michelle:<\/strong> COMPROMISO.<\/p>\n<p>Tienes que COMPROMETERTE con tus entrenamientos Y tienes que COMPROMETERTE a comer limpio.<\/p>\n<p>Si usted tiene el COMPROMISO, entonces lo que se necesita es un gran programa de entrenamiento de resistencia que cambia cada 3-4 semanas y comer limpio.<\/p>\n<p>Pero honestamente, aunque tengas un GRAN programa, si no tienes la NUTRICI\u00d3N CORRECTA, esos ABS nunca se ver\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Come un carbohidrato rico en almid\u00f3n, una verdura fibrosa y una prote\u00edna magra cada 3 horas.<\/li>\n<li>Come productos ecol\u00f3gicos en la medida de lo posible.<\/li>\n<li>Elimine los alimentos PROCESADOS.<\/li>\n<li>Coma suficientes GRASAS SALUDABLES<\/li>\n<li>Mant\u00e9ngase hidratado.<\/li>\n<li>Tener un buen protocolo de Suplementos.<\/li>\n<li>Intente dormir al menos 8 horas por noche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Billy: \u00a1Gracias Michelle!
