Estos \"nudos\" limitan la amplitud de movimiento y, si se descuidan, suelen provocar lesiones.  El \u00fanico problema de estas t\u00e9cnicas es que suelen inhibir (apagar) los m\u00fasculos.  Cuando un m\u00fasculo est\u00e1 inhibido, no puede contraerse correctamente.  Esto tambi\u00e9n puede provocar lesiones y una disminuci\u00f3n de la fuerza y el rendimiento. La soluci\u00f3n es realizar trabajo miofascial y luego activar los m\u00fasculos. Hay muchas maneras de hacerlo y a menudo utilizo varias t\u00e9cnicas, incluyendo T\u00e9cnicas de Activaci\u00f3n Muscular (TAM), Kinesiolog\u00eda Aplicada, Test de Nutrientes o una Fase de Calentamiento IGNITE.
