De hecho, 3 de cada 4 estadounidenses tienen sobrepeso y 1 de cada 3 es obeso. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 tenemos un problema tan grave? Algunos expertos dicen que es porque la gente es perezosa. No estoy de acuerdo. Lo que hemos hecho durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, 3 a\u00f1os o 30 a\u00f1os se ha ido acumulando lentamente y ha sido el resultado directo de nuestros h\u00e1bitos.<\/p>\n<p>Creo que es cuesti\u00f3n de cambiar de h\u00e1bitos y, admit\u00e1moslo, eso no es f\u00e1cil. Claro que es \u00f3ptimo cocinar tu propia comida, llevar una nevera todo el d\u00eda y comer cada 3 horas, pero hay un peque\u00f1o problema. No es realista para 90% de la poblaci\u00f3n. Entonces, \u00bfc\u00f3mo hacerlo? Hay una soluci\u00f3n. Se trata de aprender c\u00f3mo funciona el cuerpo y c\u00f3mo aplicar esta informaci\u00f3n en el mundo real. Eso es lo que espero hacer aqu\u00ed. Mi objetivo es ayudarte a conseguir el mejor cuerpo de tu vida mientras lo disfrutas al m\u00e1ximo. Parece una locura, \u00bfverdad?<\/p>\n<p>Pues es posible y voy a explicarte c\u00f3mo hacerlo. En este art\u00edculo, aprender\u00e1s qu\u00e9 comer cuando vayas a uno de mis lugares favoritos de todos los tiempos:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>RESTAURANTE OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es una comida \u00f3ptima?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Una comida \u00f3ptima es una comida que estimula el metabolismo, aumenta la energ\u00eda estabilizando los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre y, cuando se consume de forma constante, libera grasa como combustible. Una comida \u00f3ptima contiene una prote\u00edna magra, un carbohidrato con almid\u00f3n y una verdura fibrosa. Para obtener los mejores resultados, una comida \u00f3ptima debe ingerirse cada 3 horas hasta seis veces al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto debo comer?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Coma lo suficiente para sentirse satisfecho, pero no saciado. En otras palabras, debe sentirse con energ\u00eda y no perezoso. Si te sientes cansado despu\u00e9s de una comida \u00f3ptima, es que has comido demasiado. No tengas miedo de llevarte algo a casa.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Las mejores opciones<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Gambas a la plancha en la Barbie<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Me encantan. No me llenan como otros platos, pero tienen poca grasa y son una gran fuente de prote\u00ednas. Recomiendo pedir una patata asada con \u00e9l y verduras al vapor.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Pollo a la parrilla en la Barbie<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Son estupendos. Los ped\u00ed durante dos a\u00f1os antes de probar algo diferente en el men\u00fa. Se consideran una prote\u00edna magra. Dado que ya vienen con verduras al vapor, tendr\u00e1 que pedir una patata dulce o al horno con ella.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Pescado del d\u00eda en Botany Bay<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>No lo pido mucho pero es una buena opci\u00f3n siempre que no sea un pescado de agua dulce como la trucha o el salm\u00f3n. Si realmente te apetece, c\u00f3metelo pero elimina los carbohidratos ricos en almid\u00f3n (patata o boniato). Esto ayudar\u00e1 a compensar las calor\u00edas extra de grasa.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Filete Victoria<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Si te gusta el bistec, este es uno de los cortes m\u00e1s magros que puedes encontrar. Recomiendo una patata asada y una ensalada de la casa con aderezo de tomate sin grasa.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Especial Outback<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Esto es lo que suelo pedir. Es un filete de solomillo. Se considera una fuente magra de prote\u00ednas. Puedes empezar con una ensalada de la casa sin queso ni picatostes. (Si est\u00e1s en una cita, olv\u00eddate tambi\u00e9n de las cebollas moradas, \u00bfme entiendes?) Pide un aderezo de tomate sin grasa y una batata o una patata asada. Dado que esta comida es grande para los est\u00e1ndares de la mayor\u00eda de la gente, es posible que desee llevar algo a casa o elegir otra opci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo mejor para beber?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cerveza. Era broma.<\/p>\n<p>Lo mejor que puedes beber es siempre agua, pero resulta aburrido. Prueba con t\u00e9 sin az\u00facar o, si quieres algo dulce, t\u00f3mate una Coca-Cola light.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Algunos consejos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A menos que te guste torturarte, pide a tu camarero que no traiga pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bebe un vaso de agua antes de comer.
