COME SUFICIENTEMENTE: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La gente ha sido enga\u00f1ada al pensar que comer menos causar\u00e1 una mayor p\u00e9rdida de grasa. Esto no es cierto. Por cada diez libras de p\u00e9rdida de peso en una dieta de hambre, perder\u00e1 aproximadamente seis libras de masa corporal magra (m\u00fasculo y agua). Esto ralentizar\u00e1 el metabolismo y dar\u00e1 lugar a un aspecto blando y fl\u00e1cido.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2. COMER A MENUDO:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Si lo que busca es acelerar el metabolismo e incinerar grasa, entonces coma cada 2-3 horas. Si comes cada 2 o 3 horas depender\u00e1 de tu metabolismo. Alguien m\u00e1s avanzado tendr\u00e1 que comer con m\u00e1s frecuencia que alguien nuevo a \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. COME prote\u00ednas magras y carbohidratos de alto octanaje en cada comida.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Al consumir carbohidratos de alto octanaje con prote\u00ednas, se asegurar\u00e1 de que las prote\u00ednas no se utilicen como energ\u00eda, sino para construir y reparar los m\u00fasculos que queman calor\u00edas. Esto le permitir\u00e1 acelerar su metabolismo y utilizar los carbohidratos de liberaci\u00f3n prolongada como combustible.<\/p>\n<div class=\"highlightbox\">\n<h4><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 son los carbohidratos de alto octanaje?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Mi experiencia me ha ense\u00f1ado que no existe un plan de alimentaci\u00f3n \u00fanico. COME alimentos lo m\u00e1s cerca posible de su fuente natural.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Los alimentos que queman m\u00e1s calor\u00edas en el acto de la digesti\u00f3n suelen ser los m\u00e1s saludables. \u00bfSi quiere saber c\u00f3mo determinar qu\u00e9 alimentos son los mejores para comer? H\u00e1gase esta pregunta:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\"\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde ha salido?\"<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Si tienes que pensar en ello durante m\u00e1s de unos segundos, probablemente no sea una buena idea comerlo. Piensa en esto:<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es mejor?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfUna patata asada o copos de patata instant\u00e1neos?<\/p>\n<p>Ambas son patatas, \u00bfverdad?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde proceden?<\/p>\n<p>Una patata asada viene de la tierra; se limpia la suciedad, se cuece y se come. Los copos de pur\u00e9 de patata instant\u00e1neo proceden de la tierra, pero luego se cuecen, se trituran y se pulverizan. Con cada paso del proceso, se eliminan o destruyen los nutrientes hasta el punto de que posee muy poco valor nutritivo. El resultado final: Se ha eliminado la fibra; por lo tanto, se absorber\u00e1 muy r\u00e1pidamente provocando el consiguiente aumento de los niveles de insulina y la disminuci\u00f3n del glucag\u00f3n. Como se ha mencionado anteriormente, esto impide que el cuerpo queme la grasa almacenada. Otro aspecto negativo es que, como las m\u00e1quinas han hecho la \"digesti\u00f3n\" por usted, ahora quemar\u00e1 menos calor\u00edas en el acto de procesar los alimentos (disminuci\u00f3n del efecto t\u00e9rmico). Las patatas son s\u00f3lo un ejemplo. Lo mismo ocurre con muchos otros alimentos, como la fruta y los zumos. El punto a tener en cuenta aqu\u00ed es que el cuerpo humano est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado gen\u00e9ticamente para comer alimentos limpios y sin procesar, no gominolas. Cuando sea posible, consuma alimentos org\u00e1nicos certificados que se encuentran en la naturaleza.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. \u00a1\u00a1\u00a1Bebe agua!!!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El agua es el nutriente m\u00e1s importante. Con un chasquido de dedos mueren 7.000 millones de c\u00e9lulas del h\u00edgado e instant\u00e1neamente se reproducen 7.000 millones m\u00e1s.* Para cada una de esas reacciones qu\u00edmicas se necesita agua. O se introduce (hidr\u00f3lisis) o se extrae (s\u00edntesis de deshidrataci\u00f3n). Cuando el agua no est\u00e1 presente en las cantidades necesarias, las reacciones siguen produci\u00e9ndose, pero son menos eficaces. Por as\u00ed decirlo, \"fallan\". Esto provoca una disminuci\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda, falta de concentraci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos.
