Una de las lecciones que me ense\u00f1\u00f3 mi padre fue la diferencia entre una t\u00e1ctica y una estrategia. \"Una t\u00e1ctica\", me explic\u00f3, \"es lo que haces. Es el objetivo. Una estrategia es c\u00f3mo vas a conseguir la t\u00e1ctica o el objetivo. Es el plan. Siempre hay que tener m\u00e1s de una estrategia para conseguir la t\u00e1ctica, por si algo no sale bien. Planifica siempre con antelaci\u00f3n\".<\/p>\n<p>Esto es importante saberlo porque la mayor\u00eda, si no todos, los programas de fitness y los libros de dietas hablan de la T\u00c1CTICA \u00fanica pero no explican c\u00f3mo llevarla a cabo en el mundo real (la estrategia).<\/p>\n<p>Un libro de dietas dice \"\u00a1Come pocos carbohidratos!\"... .pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo?....\u00bfqu\u00e9 alimentos son bajos en carbohidratos?<\/p>\n<p>Otro libro dice: \"Entrena intensamente\"... \u00bfcu\u00e1nto peso debo usar? ... \u00bfnecesito ir a un gimnasio? ... \u00bfcon qu\u00e9 frecuencia debo entrenar?<\/p>\n<p>Una t\u00e1ctica eficaz para quemar grasa es comer cada tres horas... preferiblemente comida de verdad consistente en una prote\u00edna magra, un carbohidrato de alto octanaje o complejo y una verdura. Soy consciente de que esto no siempre es realista no s\u00f3lo para mis clientes, sino tambi\u00e9n para m\u00ed. Por ejemplo, una estrategia que implemento a diario es el uso de un batido sustitutivo de comidas (MRP). He aqu\u00ed un d\u00eda sacado de mi diario de entrenamiento y nutrici\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Estrategia alimentaria<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h5><strong>Comida 1 - 5:15 a.m.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd C. Claras de huevo<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo ecol\u00f3gico entero<\/li>\n<li>2 paquetes de s\u00e9mola<\/li>\n<li>2 gramos de vitamina C<\/li>\n<li>Cardo mariano<\/li>\n<li>Multivitam\u00ednico\/mineral<\/li>\n<li>1 comprimido Enzimas digestivas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Comida 2 - 8:45 a.m.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cucharadas de F\u00f3rmula-1 Vainilla Prote\u00edna en Polvo y Ar\u00e1ndanos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Comida 3 - 11:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Cucharadas de Prote\u00edna F\u00f3rmula-1 Fresa \u00be C. Avena<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Comida 4 - 2:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>6 oz. de pechuga de pollo Teriyaki<\/li>\n<li>1 C. Arroz integral<\/li>\n<li>1 C. Guisantes\/Zanahorias<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Comida 5 - 5:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>6 oz. de pechuga de pollo Teriyaki<\/li>\n<li>1 C. Arroz integral<\/li>\n<li>1 C. Guisantes\/Zanahorias<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Comida 6 - 8:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cucharadas de Prote\u00edna F\u00f3rmula-1 Chocolate<\/li>\n<li>Mezclado con 2 tazas de yogur natural ecol\u00f3gico<\/li>\n<li>2 gramos de vitamina C<\/li>\n<li>5 gramos Glutamina<\/li>\n<li>2 gramos de aceite de pescado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ese d\u00eda en concreto, entren\u00e9 a unos clientes desde las 6 de la ma\u00f1ana hasta las 11, e inmediatamente despu\u00e9s fui a una reuni\u00f3n de 90 minutos. Despu\u00e9s, hice ejercicio durante 40 minutos. Entren\u00e9 a 2 clientes m\u00e1s y luego me fui a casa a estudiar y preparar la comida para el d\u00eda siguiente.<\/p>\n<p>Si no me tomaba un batido entre cliente y cliente, pod\u00eda estar f\u00e1cilmente 6-7 horas sin comer.<\/p>\n<p>Dos estrategias alimentarias clave para acelerar el metabolismo, quemar grasa y a\u00f1adir m\u00fasculo magro son:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepara la comida la noche anterior. Suelo hacer el doble o el triple en la cena y luego utilizo las sobras para el d\u00eda siguiente.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando tengas poco tiempo o no dispongas de comida de verdad, toma un batido que contenga prote\u00ednas y carbohidratos. Te habr\u00e1s dado cuenta de que yo tomo 2 cacitos de prote\u00edna (40 gramos) y luego a\u00f1ado \u00be de taza de copos de avena. Agrego la avena porque la prote\u00edna en polvo no contiene suficientes carbohidratos. La fibra y los carbohidratos de alta calidad de la avena ayudan a estabilizar los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre, permitiendo as\u00ed que el cuerpo libere grasa como combustible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hasta la pr\u00f3xima vez....oh espera....casi lo olvido.<\/p>\n<p>La semana pasada os dije que os iba a contar algo muy embarazoso... y lo har\u00e9. Pero todav\u00eda no.
