Esto casi nunca sucede.  As\u00ed que necesitas un enfoque m\u00e1s inteligente.  Es simple.  Si eres diligente, es posible alcanzar tu objetivo de hacer flexiones estilo militar en 30 d\u00edas.  Todo depende del punto de partida. \u00a0<strong>Todo ser humano con un latido en el coraz\u00f3n tiene la capacidad de hacerse m\u00e1s fuerte.  Eso es un hecho.  As\u00ed que si ese es tu objetivo, comprom\u00e9tete y as\u00ed ser\u00e1.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">La estrategia para pasar de \"flexiones de chica\" a \"flexiones completas al estilo militar\"<\/h4>\n<p><strong><i>AVISO: No trabajo con corderos. Trabajo con leones.  Si te molesta que haya utilizado el t\u00e9rmino \"flexiones para chicas\", no lo siento. Sup\u00e9ralo. Quiero que la gente encuentre esta informaci\u00f3n si la necesita, as\u00ed que utilizo la terminolog\u00eda que ellos buscan y las palabras que utilizan para describir su reto; de lo contrario, estoy perdiendo el tiempo y no estoy ayudando a nadie.  Si no eres demasiado sensible y no quieres que muera por \"ofenderte\", sigue leyendo, amigo m\u00edo.  En cualquier caso, todo va bien en el barrio.\u00a0<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esto es tan sencillo que le va a encantar.  He utilizado esta estrategia para docenas de clientes con gran \u00e9xito. Usted va a realizar flexiones con las manos sobre una superficie elevada. Si usted no tiene mucha fuerza en la parte superior del cuerpo, entonces puede que tenga que empezar en un mostrador de la cocina o en la pared.
