En lo que respecta al entrenamiento f\u00edsico, hay un principio que los rige a todos.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">El reto genera el cambio<\/h3>\n<p>El reto es la chispa que enciende la llama del progreso.  Cuando la mayor\u00eda de la gente oye esto, se pone a entrenar como Arnold Schwarzenegger. Ni que decir tiene que esto es demasiado para ellos.  Lo bueno del cuerpo humano es lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Para mejorar s\u00f3lo necesitas hacer m\u00e1s de lo que te resulta c\u00f3modo. \u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desaf\u00edo = Cambio<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2827\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/PIC-1-726x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"726\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He aqu\u00ed la pregunta del mill\u00f3n...<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo sabe si su entrenamiento est\u00e1 funcionando?<\/h4>\n<p>Hay cuatro indicadores de que tu cuerpo est\u00e1 siendo desafiado.  Estos cuatro sencillos indicadores de \u00e9xito, cuando se aplican de forma coherente, le permitir\u00e1n saber cu\u00e1ndo es suficiente.  Esto es lo que yo llamo...<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">El principio B.O.S.S.<\/h4>\n<p>Este acr\u00f3nimo hace que sea f\u00e1cil de recordar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B: Quema.<\/strong> \u00a0Cuando los m\u00fasculos se queman se debe a que se les somete a un esfuerzo intenso. El efecto secundario es una liberaci\u00f3n natural y saludable de la hormona del crecimiento humano y un aumento de la fuerza y posiblemente del m\u00fasculo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O: Sin aliento.<\/strong> \u00a0Cuando desaf\u00edas a tu coraz\u00f3n y pulmones, la reacci\u00f3n de tu cuerpo es construir m\u00e1s mitocondrias dentro de la c\u00e9lula.  Este es el lugar f\u00edsico donde se crea el ATP\/energ\u00eda y se quema la grasa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S: Sudor.<\/strong> \u00a0El subproducto de la contracci\u00f3n muscular es el calor. Cuando la temperatura corporal aumenta, se empieza a sudar para mantener la homeostasis.  Se queman calor\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S: Lucha. \u00a0<\/strong>Cuando realizas un entrenamiento de resistencia y empiezas a luchar y ya no puedes mantener la forma y\/o levantar el peso, esto es un est\u00edmulo para la fuerza y si tu nutrici\u00f3n y sue\u00f1o son suficientes puede sobrevenir el crecimiento muscular.<\/p>\n<p>Ah\u00ed lo tienes: un principio sencillo para asegurarte de que tu entrenamiento funciona.  En realidad, es un m\u00e9todo para medir si T\u00da est\u00e1s trabajando.  Sabes a lo que me refiero.<\/p>\n<p>La clave de la victoria es ganar el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Hacer las peque\u00f1as cosas cada d\u00eda que, con el tiempo, conducir\u00e1n a resultados masivos. No es complicado y no es un sprint.
