NADIE EST\u00c1 MIRANDO.<\/h4>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el mejor \"Test de fortaleza mental\" o quiz\u00e1s una mejor descripci\u00f3n sea el \"Test de integridad\"?<\/p>\n

Lo que importa es lo que haces cuando nadie te ve.<\/h4>\n

Las redes sociales han creado un mundo de \"actores\" e \"int\u00e9rpretes\", no de maestros.<\/p>\n

Perm\u00edtanme explicarlo compartiendo una breve historia. He sido propietario de centros de formaci\u00f3n y gimnasios durante m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os. Un d\u00eda, recuerdo a un grupo de dos chicos y una joven que vinieron de visita desde Europa. Me pidieron hacerse una foto conmigo para las redes sociales. Despu\u00e9s, empezaron a preparar el gimnasio con lo que parec\u00eda ser el entrenamiento m\u00e1s intenso y loco jam\u00e1s creado. Ten\u00eda que verlo.<\/p>\n

Luego empezaron a rociarse con alg\u00fan tipo de l\u00edquido (quiz\u00e1 agua o aceite bronceador, no estoy seguro). Luego empezaron a grabar clips cortos de 3-5 segundos de cada ejercicio. Despu\u00e9s de unos 10 minutos, se marcharon. Yo estaba confuso. \u00bfSucedi\u00f3 algo y tuvieron que marcharse de repente?<\/p>\n

Unos d\u00edas m\u00e1s tarde me \"etiquetaron\" en un v\u00eddeo. Se trataba de un v\u00eddeo de entrenamiento incre\u00edblemente intenso, tipo \"Rocky\".
\n\u00bf\u00a1WTF!? Literalmente escenificaron y actuaron el entrenamiento en lugar de hacerlo.<\/p>\n

Actuaban. Actuaban. No estaban ENTRENANDO.<\/p>\n

Ahora no estoy juzgando. Es su elecci\u00f3n. Son libres de vivir como quieran. Lo que me molesta es que otras personas vieron esto y pensaron que ser\u00eda una buena idea hacer lo mismo. Es probable que resultaran heridos. La otra cosa es que los \"actores\" se perdieron el beneficio m\u00e1s importante del entrenamiento.<\/p>\n

Cuando dices que vas a hacer algo y mantienes esa promesa, es cuando comienza tu transformaci\u00f3n. La integridad consiste en hacer lo que dices que vas a hacer. Se trata de cumplir las promesas, a los dem\u00e1s y a ti mismo.<\/h4>\n

Cada vez que inventas una excusa y rompes una promesa contigo mismo, una parte de ti muere.<\/h4>\n

Si sigues incumpliendo promesas con los dem\u00e1s, no confiar\u00e1n en ti y no contar\u00e1n contigo para nada. Lo mismo ocurre cuando incumples las promesas que te haces a ti mismo. Si faltas a tus entrenamientos, tu subconsciente no conf\u00eda en ti, destruyes tu autoestima y tu confianza. Lee este p\u00e1rrafo tres veces. Lo digo en serio. He estado rodeado de personas de \u00e9xito toda mi vida y tambi\u00e9n de personas normales. Una de las diferencias es muy obvia, la gente que tiene \u00e9xito y se siente realizada cree en s\u00ed misma y sabe que es posible. S\u00f3lo tienen que seguir adelante y mantener sus promesas. pase lo que pase. \u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Elige hacer cosas dif\u00edciles, no porque quieras impresionar a los dem\u00e1s, sino porque quieres ser m\u00e1s. Rechaza la mediocridad. Entr\u00e9nate para amar las cosas dif\u00edciles. Elige disfrutarlo todo. Encuentra el significado profundo de cada problema, de cada reto.<\/h4>\n

No es f\u00e1cil. Requiere un compromiso y una dedicaci\u00f3n inmensos ver el mundo a trav\u00e9s de este prisma, pero merece la pena.<\/h4>\n

La vida es lo que t\u00fa haces de ella, amigo m\u00edo. Puedes elegir ser el creador o la v\u00edctima de tu vida.<\/p>\n

Eres fuerte y capaz y es posible. Es tu elecci\u00f3n. Nadie puede hacerlo por ti excepto t\u00fa.<\/p>\n

La clave est\u00e1 en hacer las peque\u00f1as cosas cuando nadie te est\u00e1 mirando una y otra vez y no romper nunca una promesa que te hayas hecho a ti mismo.<\/p>\n
